RAW FOOD!!! Be careful! After multiple issues with receiving the correct order I got home only to take a bite of my quarter pounder and find it was raw. All I needed was a plain double quarter pounder. I was already tired of the entire issue and decided not to go back to argue again. I did take a photo for proof however. People ordering here might also want to take a bite before they leave there and make sure you don’t get food poisoning.

This one is a hard review. The employees are really great and I've always had friendly service, no complaints. But the drive thru is SLOW! We know that before we go, so everyone in the car knows it's going to be awhile. But it is really slow. I hope they're able to figure it out because again, the employees are really great and I appreciate their upbeat attitude when I know they're probably getting some angry customers along the way.

Customer service is not that bad. The place aérea Is nice and clean , but this people don’t pay attention to the orders . Many , many times they forget something in the Happy Meal orders, the toy, the apple slices , something but today they gave the baby spicy chicken nudges plus they forgot the apple slices . Never the order is right

Great people, awful service! The wait time for food is sometimes ridiculous. I have experienced a 15 minute wait with only 2 small orders on the board. One order consists of hotcakes and sausage and other(my order) was a vanilla ice coffee. 3 people in the front stood around because they didn't like making the ice coffee. The drive-thru is almost always crowded, the inside is sometimes not open (before 9am) so mobile ordering is the best option because if there is enough people they will bring out your food.

I ordered in the drive thru 2 kids happy meals for my 5 years old twins. I ordered hamburger absolutely plain . When I got home the hamburgers had ketchup, pickles and something that I couldn't figure out, my kids didn't eat it and I had to throw everything to the garbage. They didn't eat lunch today. A waste of time and money

Our first visit since the reopening. We ordered two 2 cheeseburger meals on Saturday evening. Of the 4 cheeseburgers, 3 had extra onions and no pickles. One had nothing but meat and cheese. The drive-thru person kept saying, “welcome to the best McDonald’s on the world”, etc, which was funny but he continued saying it over and over, “ this will be the best food in the world”, etc. Again nothing necessarily wrong with that but a bit over the top. The food, however, was very disappointing. And when we went to the window for pick up it seemed very chaotic, a good bit of yelling, etc. Sadly disappointing.
