I am currently living in Pompano Beach, FL. My wife and I went for lunch last time. The ambiance of the restaurant is remarkable. From the tables to the curtain fixtures, the venue is perfectly decorated to bring you to a whole different country for the night. We sat inside as it was a bit chilly of a night, but I'm glad we did.
We saw the dishes, heard music (they even played my soon-to-be wedding song!), and the food was outstanding. None of my family had eaten these food before and we are glad we had this restaurant to go to for our first experience. We all ordered different dished, but started with the Hot and Cold appet which was fantastic! I am part vegetarian, so I am usually limited at restaurants -- not here!
Our server was cool He was fantastic. He was able to explain to us everything on the menu and was super easy going throwing jokes all around the table. He felt like part of the family and was extremely personable.
I would recommend this restaurant 10/10 times for a unique experience, amazing food, and even more wonderful service.

I did like their food and have purchased from them for years, but when I had to complain to them on a pick-up order because the container had half of the fish ceviche which they normally serve. The manager who called me back since he was not at the restaurant was very rude over the phone and said that was the measurement even though he was not even at the restaurant and kept insisting that whoever prepared it placed the right amount. I know for a fact it was half of what they normally serve since I have been buying that same plate for years from them! Needless to say, they lost me and my entire family as customers because of the poor management!!! :0(

Been there a couple of times, we have always enjoyed the conch ceviche, this last time we went but they didn't have it, we decided to try the squid ceviche..... what a deception, we were presented with a flavorless water with squid rings. I complained with the cashier and the manager, but their answer was "that is the way it is". They gave us a refund. I doubt we will come back to this place.
I'm giving them 2 stars just because I had enjoyed previous visits.

Comfort food for me. Close to my mother's cooking, OMG. Give them a try. Great ceviche, soups or encocado mix. I have been there three times and every time food is great.
Casi tan buena como lo que cocinaba mi mami.

Being there a couple of times, food is good, but not consistent, if you are lucky, you can get very good ecuadorian seafood, but again, not seeing the same good quality in all my visits.

Worst arepa Ive ever had and the chicken soup tastes like the Lipton chicken soup definitely not home made like they claim. Staff was friendly but the food was not appetizing at all.

First time. After new administration and the costumer service wasn’t aprópiate and I complain. Because they serve me. On small containers and the lady. Change her attitude not nice even when you work on the shopping

I tried the Arroz Marinero, and the trio ceviche. It was delicious :) One of the best ecuadorian restaurants, I have ever been at the US.
