Domino's Pizza

Please do not be upset with the delivery drivers. It is not their fault. They take forever to deliver. Tracking my one item order on their Domino's App, and it was on 'quality check' for well over two hours after it was placed. The store is a three minute drive from my front door yet it took almost three hours to get my one item order. Don't bother to call the store as they do not answer their phone, and you will be on hold for an eternity listening to their ads.. I have placed three orders in the last month, and every order had the same problem. Last time I will order from this store. Obviously the manager or owner do not care about their customers.

My pizzas were over cooked. It was suppose to be thin crust but it was hard and some of the pizza had no topping on it. I'm so disappointed because I always eat at Dominos. This was my first time eating at this particular Dominos. I'm not from Florida, just here visiting but I will never think that every Dominos is like ours back home. It won't happen again. Not to mention I was starving and now I have to order something from somewhere else....hmmm. I guess the only good thing is they're going to put my money back on my card. That's why they get at least 2 stars.

The app was working. Ordering online wasn't working. I called the store and after 30 mins nobody answered so I hung up. I definitely won't be coming back to this store again. People working there are usually not even working so I wouldn't be surprised if anyone is even at the store. Don't bother with this location. I just put my order on the domino's on Calle Ocho and went through right away. Go figure.

This is the worst Domino’s ever. A couple of weeks ago I tried to order but it said online that they weren’t accepting delivery orders. Fine. So today I order online and it allows me to order delivery. 20-25 minutes later, about the time I should be receiving my food, they call and say that they’re not delivering right now and ask if I want to come pick it up or just cancel the order. Terrible.

This is a great Domino’s. Not only do they the friendliest staff and the menu (and prices) that we all know and love, it’s a sit down restaurant! Brand new, modern, and clean, it has a sitting area and they even have a cool interactive “DOUGH SHOW” station for kids to see how pizzas are made, and a chalk wall for people to draw (check out the photos). You also have a screen that lets you know the status of your order.
