Terrible food. Ordered a whole chicken and got 3/4 of a chicken. One part was burned. Dry like Styrofoam. Bought this on my way home to homestead. So dissapointed. Don't eat here!!

Went here for the first time and gotta say one of the best poyo I've been too. They work extremely well with how many customers they get and give out the food in a timely manner. The manager Doreen was very nice to the customers as well was very hands on working and making sure everyone did their job. My food came out good and had even more chicken then I expected on it.

I have never been more disappointed in a Pollo Tropical than I am of this Location.
The cashier had a difficult time understanding our order although it was pretty simple: Barbeque Habernero platter pork and Chicken and a Cuban sandwich, no pickles - to go + one serving of yuca fries. from observing her with other customers, she was having a hard time giving correct change too. The kitchen/serving area was a disaster! There was white rice scattered all over, boxes and forks , drink covers, and cups on the floor, and a long waiting line of customers, a large order left on the counter waiting for its owner( at least 5 large bags) for the entire 15 minutes we waited for our order. Our order came to 18$ and change. .. but when I got home, my friend had more pickles than ever, and I was convinced some one ate some of the rice from my order, my chicken was dried out, although the sauce was very good, and the kicker, the pork was totally missing! I have been to great Polla Tropicals before, but never seen such a confusion and disaster. I tried calling customer service and the resteraunt but no one answered. I would have gone back there, but was dependant on transportation, so angry and was so hungry coming from a day of bridge fishing. My companion was too tired to go back and complain.

The Pollo Tropical at 18390 SW137 Ave is the worst!!! Service is always horrible! We ordered online and did curbside pickup. We waited in the parking lot over 30 minutes. The "I'm here" on the app didn't work. My husband had to go in and was told that the chicken wasn't ready. This is after 8:00 pm. You would think that by now they would know how much chicken to have available for their customers. To add insult to injury when we got home our whole chicken family meal was missing a leg and thigh but they gave us an extra wing. Wow!!! Worst experience ever!!!!

It was horrible. The chicken was dry and cold. We got there late because we had just gotten out of practice with our boys. Even though the business hours on the door said they closed at 11, we were informed after we purchased our meal, that they were closing in 10 minutes. Pollo tropical was our go to meal however we will no longer be purchasing from them. The quality of food is no longer there. With the prices they have, you would expect to Atleast get a hot meal.

I’ve never seen a place so horribly managed and they had a Cashier that only spoke English in a Hispanic restaurant like come on man you need someone that can speak both English and Spanish this just caused a long wait and then the food took a long time to be ready for us. Once we got everything the soda cups weren’t even full and had so much ice. (Overall not a great experience)

This place has gone to s**t… when it opened was nice and clean. Now the food is horrible.. they serve you a ton of rice and black beans.. very lil chicken.. the employees are constantly unprofessional and playing around amongst them. The food is like to give it to my dog. It have definitely seen the decline in all aspects. It’s a shame. Typical Miami restaurants. They don’t last. I know is hard to find good help in this town.

Pollo Tropical is my favorite fast food restaurant. Great food, excellent side dishes and always meets my expectations. The drive thru is always full so ordering online saves you time. Try it - you won't be disappointed!!!
