Alright, let me set the mode for you, little shop with about 10 seats inside and 10 seats outside. The menu is on the walls and there are limited items. The reason it is limited is because they are making everything from scratch and with love. The bread you can tell was home made in the restaurant. The mind blowing pastry round cake thing (I have a pic below, just point to it and your server will know what I’m talking about) The fresh hunks of turnips, raw green onion to bite into as it is so crispy and delightful. When is the last time you just bit into a green onion??? It’s Devine!!!! Especially when it pairs with flavor bombs from Ruthy’s!!!!! The lamb soup was made with tradition and decades of the family’s recipe being passed down throughout the years. The Shakshuka was really delicious and had perfectly cooked eggs over easy resting in the garlicy tomato sauce that is sooooo good. I make my Shakshuka with eggplant, garlic, jalapeño, and tomato. I think they had the addition of roasted red peppers, nice touch ;) Absolutely amazing authentic flavors coming at ya! The service was over the top good and everyone was super friendly.
