I can’t believe how bad this place continues to be. Ordered 1 large pizza well done. Pizza was HALF baked. Literally WHITE TO THE POINT I had to put it in the oven( see pic for reference) It is disappointing this place is called Domino’s Pizza. The company should be ashamed of franchising their name to whoever is the owner of this place. DO BETTER.

I ordered Build your own pizza. No philly steak at all on my pizza. Add on Sauce mango Harbanero sauce. 0.50 not coming as well. PLEASE seriously take care of your customers. VERY BAD

I was originally going to place only 1 star when, after a 1.50 hours later, I decided to pick-up what was supposed to be a 30min delivery.
What I found at the 2001 Biscayne Blvd. Miami store, was a highly understaffed Domino's team that was lead by a very efficient manager, 2 staff members and 1 driver.
I asked her what was the required headcount, just to learn that they are looking for 3 more managers, out-off 5 needed, as well as some 10 staff members and another 10 drivers.
It was 11:30pm, when I observed how the manager attended 3 groups of clients that showed-up for pick-up (me included), plus preparing pizza and locating a millennial staff member that abusively took a 2 hour break, when it was only allowed to have 30min. She was really trying hard to keep the shop working at its best.
The 4 stars are for the manager and the staff. That after all those limitations, they still managed to pull off my request with the taste and quality I was expecting.
The 5th star, which I did not add, is to signal the need from corporate to deepen that strategic approach onto how they can recruit and retain motivated staff members, independently of what generational group they come from.
A final advice to the buyers of this Domino's store; buy pick-up. They will fulfill. If you ask for delivery, be prepared to wait a couple of hours. The staff are indeed doing their best they can with the limited staff they have.

Wow what a team! From answering my call to dropping off my order, such professionalism and efficiency! Johan and Fernando (and I'm sure everyone involved in between) were spectacular, so friendly, and easy to order from as well as interact with. By far thee WORST Dominos in the area!!! I’ve given them chance after chance because my daughters & I really enjoy Domino’s pizza. But between the 3 hour late deliveries, employees not answering the telephones & to top it off, the driver for my most recent & also my LAST order with this location, took it upon himself to fill in the tip section & put whatever amount he felt he deserved as if I wouldn’t notice! I spoke with the manager & confronted the driver about my money & at first he tried to deny it, but I showed him my bank account & the manager also provided the receipt that the driver had filled in. He literally tried to only give me just the tip money back, I said no sir! I need ALL of my money because you don’t do that to people who spend money at your establishment weekly! Would you like me to call the police?? He said “NO, NO, NO please no police!” & pulled out his wallet & gave me all of my money back. Will never return to this location ever again, disgusting!!

I ordered online at 9:08 pm under the phone 305 481-***0. It was a xl extravaganza. I received it at 11pm cut in half in two medium pizzas boxes all sloshed around with ingredients thrown about. I called to speak with manager and he wasn't. Spoke with a Manuel and he laughed at my situation. Said that its normal to do this and hung up on me. Called back again the next day, and the manager didn't speak English ( it was the same guy from the day before covering it up) I spoke Spanish ....at the end he literally told me it's too bad.
It's incredible how this is normal standard for dominos with no care whatsoever.

This was literally the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. We had to order twice, one whole order apparently disappeared. The second order was wrong (2pizzas made wrong), missing an entire third pizza and it was the hardest coldest least edible pizza I’ve ever seen much less eaten. The crust was easily two or three times bigger than it should have been, like they ran out of cheese and sauce or something…

The delivery driver did not follow my instructions of leaving my pizza with the concierge of my building. He left it with valet without any contact to tell me it was here. I waited and waited for my pizza when I finally found it, the driver left it with valet, and it was cold. I proceeded to call the store for 3 hours and the phone just rang. I am back working at the same location and I want something done about this horrible service.
