Hing’s Chinese Restaurant

I had a good experience. Good food, the pupu platter had huge egg rolls that were juicy and flavorful and the sweet and sour chicken was delicious. The rice was also a standout as it had the perfect amount of flavor. The place itself was a bit outdated, but that didn't take away from the great food. I would recommend Hing's to anyone looking for good Chinese food.

More like 4.5.The food surprised me considering how bad this place needs a facelift. I got the pupu platter which is like a sampler appetizer plate. The eggs rolls are huge and top tier. The ribs weren't dry but juicy and flavorful. The wings were crispy and not salty. The crab Rangoon was sweet but good may be too sweet for some. I also got the combo dinner plate sweet and sour chicken. The rice was good ( not salty, I added a tad of soy sauce)and wasn't overloaded with bean sprouts. However, the pork meat was a little dry but they gave you plenty of. The chicken and sauce was good. This place was a good surprise especially for Miami. Takeout only not a sit-down place.

The food was excellent, we had sizzling rice soup, then egg rolls, followed by garlic chicken, greens with mushrooms and vegetables fried rice. They don't take reservations or your name so you have form a line like you are going to a club. The garlic chicken though is the best and the mushrooms & greens add a nice vegetable side. I'm a fan.
