Carpaccio and Lobster Bisque are sooooo good👌🏼 place has a pretty nice atmosphere. Specially the outside when the weather is nice and the fire pits are on! Great martinis🍸
Wait staff as a little slow to get to us. I had to ask who our waiter was. The food more than made up for the bumpy start.
Happy Hour is at the bar area (inside & outside) only and it's amazing! $5-6 drinks and food. The potato skins are non-traditional but great! The crispy shrimp is amazing. My friend ordered the other shrimp dish, (maybe black pepper shrimp) and it was delish!!! The burger was perfect! The sangria was tasty. The only issue I had was we sat at the outdoor bar area on the patio. It's not the cleanest area. They open a window to serve you as you sit at the outdoor counter. The tracks and window grooves are not clean! Since food is being served, it should be cleaned daily. I was starving so it was the least of my concerns but once I was satisfied, I noticed 😆
We celebrated a baby shower and it was a great establishment with great food and staff. The menu option was very broad and the food was exquisite. The manager was very accommodating not to mention the event planner who went above and beyond to help make the room available for our guests. The waiters were very attentive ,very helpful, and professional. I was very please with their service and will highly recommended for any event such as shower, birthdays, company lunches etc.

My family and I gathered for a special reunion and had a semi-private area. The table was set up in a square so that we could converse easily - I did not ask for that so was MOST pleasantly surprised. The food, as usual was superb and the service from the hostesses to the wait staff OUTSTANDING. My husband and I frequent Brio on our own as well as with friends - never experiencing anything less than excellent service. Our experience last night was topping on the cake.
Great environment, our server Linette was beyond great. Food is nothing out of this world and might be a bit overpriced but it wasn't bad. Shrimp and lobster Risotto was the exception, it was delicious. Parking might be challenging on the weekends since is the mall but they offer valet and there are garages if you don't mind walking. Service was a highlight and the decor is nice.
Our waiter, Omar R., was great. He was quick, attentive, and polite. The food was delicious. My carbonara was simple and flavorful, just as I like it. Dishes were light on sauces, next time I'll ask for more generous servings.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all pretty good and complimented each other very well.
**The good**: the restaurant feels like you are in a luxury hotel, it's big, it's wide, it's awesome. The food is pretty good, in particular, the vegetables are absolutely incredible. I had sweet potatoes, welted spinach, roasted red pepper, Gorgonzola cheese, etc. and it was delicious (generally that kind of combination is not so good). The carpaccio was huge, looked incredible, and was just delicious; which is something interesting because I normally can't stand uncooked meat.
**The bad**: We had two drinks (pear something and strawberry something else) and they were so sweet that i had to add soda water to make them more appealing. The salmon: well, you can do it better at home. Same with the chicken Milanese, and the ravioli. It's not that the dishes were bad, just uneventful and plain.
**Overall** it is a nice place to visit with the family, for work, or to have a drink. The service was top notch, the staff was friendly, and it's incredibly lean. The food is good, but not out of this world. the menu is huge and there is something for everyone (from those on a diet to gluten free). If you are looking for good food, good atmosphere, and great service then check it out.
It was a very good choice to have chosen this restaurant. We were seated immediately. The person who took care of us at the table served us an excellent servant. The food was served promptly and both the entrees and the main course were exquisite. The kitchen area super clean. I recommend 100%
Love this place. The kids mac and cheese is the best. My daughter loves it. You can dine inside or sit outside. The staff is always friendly and polite. One of my favorite is the bruschetta. Everything I tried here so far was delicious. The bar area is really nice to grab a beer or cocktail, regardless if you are solo or with a group. If you are at the Falls Mall and want some really good Italian food, this restaurant is a must. It's easier to park in the garage and make the short walk, rather than trying to find a parking in front and across from the restaurant. There is also valet parking for $6 if I remembered correctly.
