I'd give 15 stars!! I have visited 3x to this place for the past month and 3/3 has been exceptional. From the crust to cheese and toppings, absolutely no complaints. Never disappointed with toppings and cheese and sauce amount. Highly recommend it!! Will be returning again !!
Unfortunately I haven't taken any pics as the pizza is chowed down real quick!

Let me tell you, We ordered an XL brooklyn style pizza for the first time and did not know what to expect. BUT WOW what a pizza. The person who made my pizza yesterday (Sunday around 4pm) did an incredible job we savored every bite - even fought over the last slices. 10/10 will order again THANK YOU

I have ordered for both pick up and delivery and they quickly prepare the order. When I ask for delivery, it has always arrived on time and prepared well. It arrives intact not sloppy and the driver takes his time handing it to me making sure it does not tip over.

The two pizzas were tremendous tonight. On time, made perfect, lilliana driver super nice on time, very professional, kept her distance. This location is the one to use. Thank you, great food!

I order from here all the time and my order always arrives fast and correct and delicious. The online ordering is so simple and I love the text alerts and order tracker. The rest of the people complaining about waiting on the phone too long should try to order online.

I had i bad experience here like 2 days ago. Then i talked to the manager and she was really helpful and nice with me. Also she gave me credit for my last order. This is just an example of how easy you can change someone's experience from bad to good. And i say this because i gave them 1 star now they have 4 from me. And not to mention that i have been managing restaurants for years and i know how GEMS works. Thanks a lot!!

Online ordering is so simple and quick! I love it! I also love how you can track your order.
The only thing I don't like is they don't take cash orders for delivery if it's over $50. I have 4 big kids and a little one so my orders are pretty large and sometimes I can't use my card, I end up having to place 2 separate orders.
Other than that everything is great!

I love this place. I wanted a nice pizza to eat, and I ordered it the phone and 3 pizza's were done in 5 min all freshly baked. They looked at my tag and saw I was from Texas, so they gave me a "Lucky Charm" which was a free bottle of Sprite.

I'm handicapped and home bound, so I order from this store quite a bit. They are always on time, and the food is generally good, and the drivers friendly. No complaints at all, except for tonight when one of my items arrived a bit overcooked. The store manager was friendly, apologized, and replaced it at once, even sending along a free item as well. Great customer service. This is the first time out of about 50 orders they have gotten anything wrong, and fixed it right away.
