Pan Pa Ya

Even though the food its amazing, im rating 2 stars because the atmosphere its terrible. You can barely eat without being harrased by all construction workers, Not only they take all the tables in the back, but they scream at each other , from the table shouting to the girl at register and in top of all cursing and saying bas nasty words that everybody needs to hear. I dont know if these people are ftiends w the workers here, but they should respect clients time to eat and privacy!!! Note: the food is good but veryyyy pricey. A small-medium bowl of soup its $10.

Second time in a week that I have tried ordering from this place. Monday, took 1:30 and a call from Seamless for them to let us know they didn't have a driver. Today, had Seamless call them 3 times for an update. First time was after it was 30 minutes late (was supposedly on its way already), got an updated delivery time then Second call, another updated time, 3rd call happened 3 hours after the order was placed and now the restaurant won't answer their phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The Roscon Deluxe is the only really good thing here and half the time they have run out of it. NEVER AGAIN

Was there 2 saturday's ago for breakfast, at about 9am, found the floor dirty with breadcrumbs little plastic covers, for the picante sauce on the floor. I've order the recalentado with eggs, the recalentado was prepared with stale rice , bit on few chunks very cold and hard and it had heavy onion smell, the scrambled eggs no taste at all..... Also I order regular american coffee and I got a watery Expresso, No comparison to the other Colombian restaurants on Brickell & 13 and 8th st in Little Havana.... will never go back.....

This is the worst Colombian place in Miami, the service is so wack, the cuban blonde lady is so rude, that couple of times I ve been there, she is sitting in the dining room with a friend, a customer or even another employee and the worst is that she even welcomes you or offer you something. In the mornings they dont have nothing from the bakery ready, what kind of bakery opens with nothing ready (fresh bread, pan de bono, etc) in that case they should open at 9, when they will have "everything " ready. I will give this place 0 stars, for the service and the management. I bet The blonde cuban lady had already helped to lose a lot of customers, her attitude and her proffesionalism doesn't exist. Is so SAD that "pan pa ya" a place with such history in Colombia exist in brickell with such bad reputation, and im not the only one. Read all the past comments.

Like everyone else i tried to order from This place 2 times both times i waited 1hr and half for a delivery that was not able to be done because no driver llol. Which you would think they have the decency to call the customers and tell them. I DO NOT understand why gh allows them to keep wasting our time specially money because some people cant wait those few days for a refund.

Wow, really??? First first we were told to come to when we got to Florida and it totally sucked! It's as if they were about to close. All they had out in there little food bar was rice and beans. They had no menu and all the employees were were eating as if everyone went to lunch break all at once...STAY AWAY!
