The food is amazing the atmosphere is like Sunday dinner at home and the place is spotless. If you're looking for soul food this is the place you want to be. Absolutely love this little place

It was my first time there but it will not be my last time. They have a big selection of foods to choose from and they all are my favorites. I had the smothered pork chops with peas & rice, collard greens, yams, Mac&cheese and peach cobbler; it was all delicious. The pork chops were nice & tender seasoned just right, falling off the bone; I could have Mac & Cheese and greens as meal alone. We ordered an oxtails dinner for Mom and she ate the oxtails and enjoy sucking the bones, cleaning her plate. The prices are very reasonable and we will be returning customers.😋🤗

Busy, clean place was not enough of servers it was mentioned that some called out, however the one young lady was doing her best. I did notice that some ppls she served received more curry chicken more then me,maybe because they was regular customers, I heard her say to them and thank the 2 guys for waiting. I was disappointed but decided not to make an issue, when I had already stood in line so long. When they first opened food every plate i purchase was a good & nice size severing. Don't get me wrong the place is a wonderful place to eat some soul food they have their good days and bad days we was told it all depends on the person who dose the preparation. *The collard greens, yams, pea &rice meat loaf, ribs, and curry chicken are good. All cakes are delicious except for every one tastes like almond extract. In my opinion, someof the cakes should taste like vanilla extract. Try it for yourself.

Yummy! My boss and co worker come here quite often. They invited me out to eat with them for lunch and we came here. I'm all honesty I wasn't expecting much, but my gosh it smelled so good, and it was very welcoming even though it was packed it gave you that "come on in" type of feeling. I ordered the Fried Ribs, and let me tell you id take this over Sunday's Fried Ribs !! Also the menu has different variety of desserts

This place makes the most scrumptious, finger licking, bellystuffing, made with love and warmth kind of food. Once you have one bite you know you've found a special place to eat. As I eat my turkey wings with mac an cheese, sweet potatoes, and rice and beans I know I'll be driving 20 minutes out of my way another weekend just to treat myself to some much needed food therapy at Louis Famous Foods.
