The food was really great. Mojo pulled pork was what I had and I think this place is worth trying. Came out quickly, food was hot, all delicious.

Limited options in the food court - this was by far the favorite for my kids. Ordered the skirt steak platter and had to order another for the family because it was yummy … a plantain was eaten before I could take a picture.
Would recommend the platters, but NOT the wraps or the bowls - we got a one of each, as well, and I agree with other reviews that it was not good value (very little protein; a lot of salad).
Sunday evening at 6pm, it was not crowded, so maybe a different experience from other reviewers when the line is longer.

The service was a little off, and half the menu items were unavailable at the time we ordered (8 pm). Despite it all, the meal I ordered did not disappoint.
I wanted the Caribbean Chicken bowl... and with no chicken available, I ordered the Cuban Skirt Steak bowl instead. It didn't disappointed. IMHO, it's the perfect meal before boarding a plane. Balanced, filling, very tasty and quite light (i.e. won't leave you feeling like you ate a brick).

The pulled pork platter was excellent. There was an honest mistake with my order and they brought me the pulled pork bowl instead. They refunded my money and gave me the platter at no charge. Great Cuban food.
