Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 3 times takeout here. The negative reviews are not true. Every time my food was ready on time (in 20 mins). The food is correct as I ordered. The food quality is good as usual, fresh chunky doughs, plenty of cheese and fresh toppings. The chicken wings are hot and in normal size plenty of meat( not like the “mini” size those sold in some other fast food places). I’d definitely order again.

I placed an order on the app for carry out and it was ready within 15 minutes. I was skeptical because of the reviews but when we got there we waited for maybe 5 minutes until we got our food and the woman was very nice. We kind of had a big order too but we got everything hot and fresh. Not sure why this place has bad reviews but don’t knock it till you try it!

Ive never had issues ordering from here. Today though really set this Papa Johns aside from the others. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza and it was delivered about 20 minutes later. When I opened it, it was just regular cheese pizza without pepperoni. I was a little disappointed as was my daughter but it wasnt a huge deal we still ate it and I never called to complain. About 15-20 minutes later I have a knock on my door from the same delivery driver. He handed me a new pizza and said "The manager said this is for you" I guess they realized they had gotten my order wrong and sent him back out to re-deliver the correct one. I told him it was okay we already ate most of the other one but he insisted and apologized for the mistake. This is truly going above for your customers and I appreciate the amazing customer service! Thank you.
