Burger King

Let me start by saying "I love BK". This particular store is no different from the BK concept, but what makes a difference, is the people and how they understand the concept. At some point, you need to understand when it's too much. I ordered a Bacon King and that sandwich was swimming in sauce. A mix of ketchup and mayo that overflowed the bun at every bite. Maybe part of the concept is to overflow the sandwich... who knows... 🤔

I ordered the whopper which is my favorite burger and they’ve always tasted good except for the one I ordered here. The meat was a little burnt and you could taste it. I also ordered to stay on the ordering app but the lady put it all in bags to go. She also didn’t give me a cup which I asked for and she said I could just use the toy cup in the kids meal. I said no, because I normally wash those cups before I use them. There was a man there that seemed to be the manager and he didn’t seem to understand that I needed a cup. He insisted I already had one, but there were 2 orders so we needed 2 cups. I just felt the staff was negligent and nonchalant. Zero eagerness to help. The only person working hard here was the cleaning lady. The place was spotless and she was working the entire time I was there. They have a nice play area which is open unlike others that never opened after pandemic or have broken equipment so they closed. My son played for a while and made some friends.
