The food was good. I ordered yellow rice and got white instead. It could've been warmer. The drink carrier was broken and the lady that gave me the drinks said she didn't know why the drinks were shaking. Because the carrier was ripped. She couldn't figure that out. Other than that everything was fine.

I don't like the handicapped rooms. I king bed for the room with the handicapped bathroom. I don't need the aid sleeping with me.

Everything is fine, the food and attention but they no longer give you original tomato and cilantro sauce, but rather sauce for Doritos which is no good at all, I spoil the flavor of my chicken

Food is very good. I have tried the chicken, Cuban sandwich and steak with vegetable rice. All were good. Nice place for great meal, if in a hurry.

This was my very first time eating in a Pollo Tropical Restaurant and it was so delightful. The establishment was very clean and it wasn't crowded either. My two spiritual daughters had to pick me up from a doctor appt and bcuz I hadn't eaten anything all day, we stopped at.this place. They give you so much food and the food was excellent-- not seasoned too heavy and cooked to perfection. We sat and ate there, we were not rushed at all. The experience was great and I plan on going back in the very near future.

Bad,long lines even for pick up you need use drive thru, lobby closed no curbside pick up

The line moves fast even though it looks like it was gonna take more than 2 hours it moved fast and easy. Service was fast and good spoke both english and spanish food was fresh and hot.
