Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has become my go-to place whenever I'm on the road or when my son attends his music class each week. Undoubtedly, this particular Chipotle holds a special place in my heart as it embodies the warmth and welcoming spirit of Cuban hospitality. I can genuinely say it's my favorite one! The moment I step foot inside, I'm greeted with genuine kindness, courtesy of the same woman who always welcomes me with a smile. She immediately knows whether I'm dining in or opting for takeout, which makes me feel valued as a regular customer. What truly warms my heart is that she remembers my order every time, and it's evident that she pays attention to her patrons. As I proceed down the line, the second woman, who prepares my veggies, never fails to inquire about my well-being and how my son is doing. It's the personal touch like this that sets this Chipotle apart from the rest. I relish the fact that I get to see the same familiar faces on each visit, creating a sense of belonging and community that I rarely find in a "food chain" establishment. And let's not forget about the food itself - consistently incredible! The flavors are rich, and the ingredients are fresh, which adds to the overall delightful experience. I can't help but feel like I'm dining at a local gem, rather than a typical fast-food joint

Best Chipotle near my area, considering I go to chipotle everyday since I work near-by; this one has been the best one in terms of flavor, portion, and staff. I have gone to various other Chipotles and none of them taste as good as this one. The only gripe I have with Chipotle in general (this one included) is if you order through the app, the serving size isn't as big as if you were to go in and personally see them make it. Not sure what it is, but besides that, great staff, service, and food.

I honestly love coming to this chipotle I don’t understand what all these negative reviews are about (probably Karen’s who never worked in the food industry) but as a regular customer to this specific chipotle I only come here because the food is always fresh and hot. The few times I’ve had issues with something missing the team members are always so helpful and understanding and resolve my issue quickly (even when I’ve ordered pick up orders for the wrong chipotle). That being said, if someone isn’t receiving the same level of device I’ve received from different employees, it’s probably a reflection of that customer and how they’re going about their order issue(being rude, condescending, general ahole). Love u guys at this chipotle ur amazing.

I love Chipotle everywhere I go, but you should fix that front door, it’s a little sticky. I’ve been sitting here waiting for a ride for 2 hours and 5 people have turned around because they thought it was closed. You’re open about 12 hours everyday, so that’s 30 people turned around everyday x 365 - holidays with an average sale about $13 = a loss of at least $131,000. Fix the door. :)

Went here preworkout mainly for the tea, but ordered a bowl. They had no cilantro which I usually add to my bowls. This one has more vegetables then I usually add. It has the grilled vegetables and the cauliflower rice and a bunch of lettuce. Overall not bad for the price. The orange , cardamom and turmeric tea is my tea of choice

I had called and made sure that they would allow me to come in 10 minutes after close to pickup my order and not only did they allow me to enter, they went out of their way to allow me to add a bowl to my order. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but, there was a girl with tattoos on her arm(s) who assembled my dish and she took such pride in her work (check out the photo! AMAZING!) and she was very informed, intelligent, honest, happy, and articulate while responding to all my questions. She also was very honest when she informed me every time there was an upcharge to options that I wanted. Now there was another amazing person (a gentleman) at the cash register who unlocked the door to let me in. While I was ordering my bowl there was another customer pounding on the front door very aggressively and cursing him out because they didn't have enough of a specific protein to complete his order. This amazing worker was trying over and over again to appease this stubborn customer by offering him his incomplete meal tonight for free while offering to substitute with different protein and to have the customer's requested full meal also free for tomorrow. The stubborn customer not only declined but aggressively cursed him out again and stomped out the door huffing and puffing like a child. I salute this worker for having the patience of a saint and having amazing customer service skills. I was so impressed I left them a $20 tip and then I was given the angry guy's order for free as it was going to get thrown out anyways. I promise I will return due to these amazing workers and will find out their names and edit this review with their names so they get the recognition they deserve. I imagine behind the masks they were smiling the entire time as well. TL;DR: THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE WORK HARD, TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO, ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, AND WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! IF YOU'VE EVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHIPOTLE, GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! >>>>>DON'T GO TO ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE!<<<<< PEACE AND LOVE IS THE VIBE YOU WILL GET HERE!

I tried the burrito for the first time... absolutely delicious!!! Although, for comfort matters, I would recommend the bowl, which is basically the same, just way less messy. Service was great, except for the second server, who gave me an unnecessary sarcastic attitude. Luckily, the food was so good, that I'm not even gonna give details about it.
