What a great unpredictable experience. Everything was about “service”. Brian, the bar tender and our server was superb!!! The wings that we ordered were too spicy to what they were supposed to be and he had them changed in no time. They were really good!

Food was immaculate. I will say that the service to be seated was lengthy for appearing empty, but I presume they were probably short staffed that day. Background music choice was perfect for the atmosphere.
This is the best Chili's I've been to in Miami. The servers actually acknowledge you which is more than I can say for most places here in Miami. They're very nice and sufficient. The food was fresh and came out very quickly. I will definitely be back.

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The only thing I did not like much was too much black pepper for my personal taste but it was good overall. The star of the night was our server and to my shame I don't remember her name, but she was awesome!!!
Steak was delicious. Long time waitress wait to check on us. Beer was served warm. Other than that, it was fine.
Came in for Lunch and got the new special 3 for $10. Totally worth it. And we got the Free chips and salsa on top if that if you sign in to the rewards program at their kiosk. Great staff always happy to see us.
