We had breakfast there and it was a great experience. The iced chai latte was amazing, really delicious and the bagel sandwich was perfect. The staff was super friendly and the AC was nice (it was such a hot day 🥵).

They were super nice and helpful and remade our coffee because the first one was a bit too sweet… super nice of the lady! Also the new coffee is sooo much better than Peet’s coffee.

I visited Capital One Café on a Saturday morning and tried their Vanilla Cappuccino, which I really enjoyed. With my Capital One credit card, I received a 50% discount, so I only paid $3 for a $6 coffee. The café provides ample space to work and chat with friends. Overall, it was a great experience.

AMAZING SPACE!!!! I will never plug in at Starbucks again if there's a Capital One Cafe near!!! Plenty of space, plugs, and areas to sit down and get some work done. The ambassadors are so welcoming and friendly. They host free events for local non profit sind community partners. They are changing the game and I love it!!!

I have visited multiple times when I'm walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases. The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy. Great customer service! Only thing left to say: what's in you wallet? ;)

I recently visited the Capital One Café in Miami and was thoroughly impressed by this unique blend of banking and coffee. The friendly staff, excellent coffee, and cozy atmosphere make it a perfect spot to relax or catch up on work. (disclaimer I never met this fellow prior to Feb 9th). Went into store with a major issue which I am sadly used to with Capital One credit Cards. A worker named Anthony was superb into taking a very stressful situation and guiding me through the process for correcting and notifying Capital one. If any company is looking for a great worker with no attitude this is your future employee. Hopefully his managers appreciate the way Anthony handles customers and can possibly learn something by observing him.
