Toa Cafe - Miami - Photo album

Superb service from Anita in a cozy atmosphere that belies its urban surroundings. The comfort food label is appropriate but understates the quality of fare. It’s a very good sign when you are told an item is not available because the vegetables are not fresh enough. The one challenge is parking. I
What a wonderful hidden gem of Coconut Grove! Tucked away next to Flannigans in the grove, I'm surprised I had never taken notice of this small cafe before. They are open only during the week with a simple lunch menu that also comes with their house made daily soup. The day my boyfriend and I ate th
The perfect healthy lunch spot. Everything is delicious and actually come in good portions. The chicken and mushrooms was amazing. The palomilla steak was also tasty. The greens on the side are very good! We will be back to try the breakfast soon!
The special of the day. Delicious for lunch at $12. Great discovery for me. It's defenetely a neighborhood gem.
Amazing lunch specials for $12. Hidden gem in the grove. Highly recommend.
Amazing sit down cozy restaurant in the grove. I brought my brother with me and we had a amazing lunch. The poached salmon, rice, and Vegetables were delicious!! The owner and Waitress were very nice and really helped me pick the right meal for the occasion. A definite must visit for amazing clean
Great home cook meals. Great portion sizes.
I went here for breakfast Saturday. The avocado toast was delicious . It was served on a large slice of sourdough bread , heaped with avocado that had just the right amount of lime . The poached egg on top was perfectly cooked. And it was only $8.00. So good price. The oatmeal bowl and egg casserol
I work really close to this place so I have pretty much ordered every single item on the menu. Everything has been good so far. Food tastes like it's home made which is really hard to find in a restaurant. If you are close, go and give it a try. Prices are really cheap also.
Fresh, home made food, large portions, and cheap prices! Can't get any better than that. Very casual lunch spot that prepares food semi quickly and is perfect for the working person. I recommend the slow roasted lamb shank, it falls off the bone and is delicious.
Good experience. Chef / owner worked in Paris, so the tradition is "neighborhood bistro" for the Coconut Grove neighborhood. Very diverse and clever cuisines, so repeated visits are almost always new discoveries. Good ones.
Been eating here with wife 4 8 years. This is a family run business. All fresh ingredients with a latin twist. Lunches range from as low as $8.99-$14.99 4 a grilled churrasco. Awesome fresh food always.
Gem in the wall! The owner has great taste and oversees the operation directly! #Priceless. You will be impressed by the food. It is a casual environment, no impressive luxuries.
Arrived starving after tour of Vizcaya... BTW, highly recommend. Pleasantly greeted by owner, Juan, spectacularly friendly and totally thorough... very personable & explained menu plus business history beautifully! Dined al fresco on his intimate, covered deck. Food most excellent... fresh kale sala
I really live this restaurant. The food is always great, it always shows in flavor with a simple menu. It a very cozy clean restaurant. I love it!
Great food, excellent service, comfortable place. I will return! Anita was the perfect waitress to help with my selections :)
BBB, bueno, bonito, y barato. I lunch here everyday and the food is great, fast service and super affordable. Owners run the place and are always very friendly.
Best place to go and eat home made style meals prepared by a great Chef, who is also one of the owners, they make you feel like home.
