Dragon Roll was delicious. Tempura was crunchy, avocado creamy, and the spicy mayo and eel sauce gave it a strong finish.
Miso soup was standard. If you want miso soup with Tofu I would order extra tofu.

The staff at sushi maki in Palmetto Bay have always been kind. I have never had any issues dining in or ordering pickup.
I think sushi maki could use a good remodel or rebrand to create a better ambiance for dining in.
For some reason, the tables and menus seem sticky to me, perhaps they could be cleaned better.
Either way, I love the food, the boba tea, never had an issue with the service, and they do have options for vegans!

The manager Thomas is amazing!! So so friendly and really creates a super welcoming and amazing atmosphere at this location! He’s amazing. Our server Marianna was also incredible! Super friendly and was very helpful and patient with everything. Love the food and workers at this place so much! It’s been my favorite restaurant for years!

The service here is so amazing. The staff is so friendly and will make you feel right at home. Mari was our waiter and she couldn’t help but make me smile. And shout out to Thomas for being such a welcoming manager. Love this place and the food is delish. Will be returning!

Jorge is the best server ever!! Even though we were a large party, he was super attentive and gave us fantastic recommendations for our meals. Definitely coming back with friends!

The service was friendly, and the food was great, especially for a lunch special. The Bento plates are fabulous and filling. They come with a side, soup/salad. The quality of the sashimi, excelente. The teriyaki salmon/chicken is also great taste.

It never fails to impress at this place! The fried rice is outstanding, the vegetables are consistently fresh, and the chicken with honey sriracha is superb. The facility is always kept immaculately, and Tomas, the general manager, constantly goes above and beyond to make my group and I feel welcome. I will be returning shortly!

During my experience at Sushi Maki, it felt as if I was in a fine dining establishment because of the outstanding costumer service provided by Alfonso Castaño, with the support of his manager, Thomas Falcon, and the food was savory and made my mouth water from just looking at it. I would 100% come back and recommend this place to any and all of my friends who wish to eat and be treated like a king/queen.
