I went twice to Shake Shack. First dine in second time take out

Listen to me! I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE BURGERS HERE. WHAAAAAAT. BOOM BABY! You want a mouth watering, melt in your mouth burger that gives 5 guys a run for its money. You need to go to this shake shack. I had my first double bacon cheeseburger here yesterday and another today. (OH my goodness oh my damn) My gf and I also tried the spicy shackmeister. (Holy bejezus) Unbelievable. The shakes are bomb too. The fries aren't as good as 5 guys but who cares. Now that's a good freaking burger. Also big shout out to the staff here. The people working the grill are on point! The taking orders and bringing the food to the guests was super friendly and had a great atmosphere about him. Didn't catch his name but he had the dreds. We will be back. I'd post a picture but it's already gone haha

The only problem involves some patrons. Apparently, some people feel entitled and leave the dining area extremely dirty, adults and adolescents. The staff has to work extra hard to clean up after people who should know better. Food is always great, and I appreciate the employees who make coming here a pleasure.

I love the food here ❤️ this place is full everytime we have been there, but the service is good. You can order by yourself in the entrance, get a number and find a place to seat. Later, a member from the staff brings your recent cooked meal to the table. They are very nice!

Burger was excellent but small. You have buy everything separately, no combo's here, which makes you spend more money. Fries were small portion for the money but delicious. So, if you are looking for a good burger with excellent service, I would recommend this place.

We are not much of fast food people but wanted to know what’s all the fuzz was about. We placed our order with a young lady probably in her 30s didn’t get her name. Asked for our name we said David and asked how do you spell that? 😳
There was a wait food is cooked fresh when ordered. Great customer service they bring food to your table, that’s a plus! I had the Avocado Bacon Chicken which was delicious and my fiancé had the Shakburger with fries, he enjoyed that as well. The burgers are served in a paper bag it is very convenient as they can be messy, the bag keeps your hands clean!
The food is good for casual dining but it is pricey. Surprisingly they do not have fountain drinks. I asked for a cup of water…they do have water but no ice or straws, had to ask for one from the kitchen. What’s up with that?
I think they need some improvements in some areas including hiring people with common sense. We will be back when in the area.

This Shake Shack is very clean and the workers are extremely helpful and kind. It was refreshing to experience such a warm atmosphere. The fresh cooking of the food is a plus as well!

This place is delicious!! I love this shake shack, they have great customer service and I like how they bring the food to you which is definitely something that not a lot of places do. The bacon cheese fries I love, wish they had ranch. The shakes here are pretty good too! They are really filling.
