Welcome atmosphere, outstanding service, and delectable cuisine and cocktails. I recommend the black beans and the smoked Old fashioned, to begin your culinary adventure. We’ve enjoyed weekend meals and birthday celebrations. Miladys is spectacular and treats us like family. Victor has a great sense of humor! Yismelis added to the ambiance with a professional demeanor. A genuine hidden gem in West Kendall!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted lovely … our waiter Raidel was incredible … explained the menu and was super attentive … first time to this location and surely not the last … food was amazing and service was exceptional … Raidel and staff thank you for making it a Super Sunday for us

Great food and great service! We went while there was a party, and we didn't even notice. The ambiance is nice, is not loud place. They have a good menu selection, and lots of options for the same item or they make it how you want it! Everyone was happy with their orders. The servers and waiters are really cordial and attentive. Our cups were never empty and they were always removing empty plates as soon as we were done. Our baby dropped food on the floor, and this man appeared immediately with a broom. I was impressed! Our waiter was fenomenal, I think her name was Yanely?? She knew the menu, the options, and was willing to change and modify without any issue. She recommended a fish to my FIL that he loved. She let my son order his food himself without rush. I ordered the fresh snapper. It was not only beautifully served, it was delicious! My MIL loved her mojito! We will surely return!!
I had the LOBSTER THERMIDOR. I can hands down say one of the best Lobster Tails I’ve ever had.
I was celebrating my Moms birthday there, and Sandra our server had outstanding customer service. The server was on point with everything. We had a party of 19 and the attention to our party was excellent.
Amazing food and even more amazing service. Mayte, our waitress, was extremely attentive and did everything she could to put a smile on our faces.
The lobster bisque is my favorite soup from there: it is incredibly creamy and rich in flavor. I had the shrimp pasta as my entree, and it was out of this world. Just add a pinch of salt and it is probably the best pasta you've ever had.
Would I visit again? Yes!
The good: I loved the atmosphere. Staff and service was white glove all night! Food was delicious and well priced!
The bad: Parking is in a small lot so you might walk from one end of the plaza to another on busy nights. To anyone with seafood allergies; the restaurant has a heavy scent of seafood inside that never goes away.
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. The customer service in this restaurant is outstanding. The manager is extremely attentive as well as all the servers. The food quality is superb. I highly encourage everyone to try it, you won’t be disappointed.
A really nice, really chill Cuban restaurant specializing in seafood, El Floriditas is just the right place for a casual-fancy dinner.
The staff is friendly, they got a wonderful collection of wines and ports, and their fried rice is top notch. While prices are above what you'd get in La Carreta or equivalents, it's well worth it.
Go here! The drinks, the food, the service! Everything was so good. We got the Paella Floridita. Big thanks to Viktor for making it such a great experience!
