Caporal chicken claims to have the best chicken in Miami and they don't disappoint. Crispy on the outside, juicy and full of flavor on the inside, their chicken is as good as it gets. Stick with the bone in chicken though as the tenders aren't as good.

Always great quality food. Of course you have to try the Honey Butter, which comes with the delicious corn muffins or chicken. While this doesn't impact the taste, the corn muffins are so cute with their honeycomb shape - it definitely adds to the fun.

Amazing chicken tenders!!!
So I got to try the chicken tenders at Burger Beast's Luv Me Tenders event at Magic City Casino. I instantly fell in love with the chicken tenders. The corn nuggets were delicious at well.
The owner's wife, who has a great personality by the way, told us that the chicken is marinated for 48 hours and let me tell you, it certainly tastes like it. It was offered with some sauce and the first time i got it, I got the sauce just to try it. However the second time, I asked them to hold the sauce because honestly, it doesn't need it. Trust me. The second time we went by they were also pairing it with fries which tasted as they had a little seasoning to it and it was delicious as well.
This restaurant has already won best chicken tenders for 2015, 2016 and 2017. I wouldn't be surprised if they won again. Of the 12 venders that were there, only 2 of them stood out to me and Caporal Chicken was one of them. I will definitely try to check this out if for nothing more than the tenders. They were that delicious!!
I love this place. When my husband and I have an evening craving for fried chicken buffalo sandwich or chipotle sauce drizzled on huge shrimp, they never disappoint. Recently reopened with a new menu but was very happy with the changes. Staff is friendly and food is beautifully served. Highly recommend.
