Wait time on weekends are almost two hours. This is understandable except that if you order online they don't disclose this until after you have paid. At which point you now have to go thru asking for a refund, or just wait it out. Bad business practice.

Ordered a pizza here at 6:33pm was told 30mins for pick up, showed up at 7:05 was told 5 more minutes around 7:25 i got fed up and asked why it was taking so long and was told it as their problem that if i didn’t like it i can get my money back and leave after waiting almost 30 mins but this goofy looking shortly curly haired kid that thought he was a manager. Worst place to come pick up food and on Mother’s Day.

I ordered a pizza around 6:30 pm, called to confirm that it would be ready by 8. At 8:40 it was still not ready while the app sent me a text saying it was ready to pick up.. I called, they kept transferring the call and as soon as someone answers, they said to hold, I waited on the phone for over 30 mins and then they justdisconnected the phone!! Worst customer service!!

in the New York pizza commercial it is seen that the pizza can be folded. that is, they imply that it is a very soft dough. However, this is not the case, its dough is so hard that it looks like a cookie. very disappointing, given that dad jhon's pizza is good
