We went before seeing bjork on February 13th and Frederick Masson was amazing with us. He let us try different wines before buying our bottle, gave us amazing suggestions on the food, and it felt like such a comfortable dining experience. We had the chicken liver pate, the steak with fries, and the risotto with shrimp. We were celebrating my birthday as well and everything came out delicious. I will 100 percent keep going back ESPECIALLY if Mr. Masson is in charge.

I just wanna mention that I used to go to BRAVA RESTAURANT because it was convenient before a show and I see a lot of shows. I was just there and only the name is the same. It was one of the best meals I have had and the presentation was beautiful. Apparently they had just opened up the day before… And they definitely have their act together and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the new BRAVA. Forget the one that was there before because that was always disappointing FREDERIC MASSON, was excellent and I only wish I could remember the servers name and she was wonderful. I’ll see you for all the shows this year

This was an incredible dining experience. I made the reservation through open table and also through the arscht website just in case. I celebrated my 30th birthday eating here and watching Hamilton. The food was incredible and had such a unique flavor not often found in Miami. We ordered the short rib wellington, the lamb osso buco, two desserts, and a tortellini that we devoured without taking a picture of. The service was amazing as well, my only complaint, which isn't a large one, and I didn't mention it while there, was that the server at one point rushed over because he thought I was trying to share the actual bone of the lamb with my boyfriend... as if we were too simple to understand that was a lamb bone? I found that a bit insulting but i figured because we were asking questions about the menu that he found us to be ignorant. I just like to know exactly what I am about to enjoy and I truly did enjoy it. I just feel like he should be wary of how he can be condescending to paying customers who want an experience, no matter if we seem ignorant or not. Another thing I noticed was that there was a white wine, Maculan, listed under "port" wine. It was still delicious but I was expecting something like the tawny. The Manager was very sweet and even took the desert off for the occasion, which we did not ask for considering I mentioned nothing to anyone while there. I would definitely go back but probably dress in my finest or in a ball gown, possibly, to avoid looking like a homeless person. Didn't think i looked it but who knows. The server was not rude per se but that was very off putting. Other than that, everyone else was very sweet and kind and again the food is definitely worth the price. Our bill with gratuity was around 237, and was lowered to 220 after one of the two deserts was taken off. I would gladly pay it again without the bones comment.

Not like most restaurants in the Magic City, Brava is , in our experience, where food is nothing more than artistry. Flavors one would not otherwise experience; and presentations that deserve to be photographed. While the selection is modest, there is something for everyone, but one must ask as what the menu is describing may not be evident. Prices are on par for inside a theatrical performance building, in short, you may spend in the upper ranges, and portions are not overwhelming, but within reason. Keep in mind, this restaurant operates in a performance venue, so it is not a place for a quick bite. Give yourself time to enjoy one of the most exquisite dining experiences the city has to offer.

From the moment we walked in, to the smile on our faces when we walked out, this is a 5 star experience both for food and service. The decor is a bit drab...all gray and neutral tones. Needs a splash of color like royal blue kr purple drapes (high ceilings)...but I get it. Started with a dirty Chopin martini with bleu cheese stuffed olives. We ordered the NY Strip Tartar sans cucumber and garlic, sauce on the side. The meat was chopped as it should be and the sauce turned out to be less garlicky than we thought. Deliciously fresh but slightly over salted. The brioche and umami butter was addictive. Before our mains came out, the chef offered a complimentary dish. It's the signature dish from Alter. The scallop creme, caviar and truffle with a soft egg at the bottom. I'm sure my description is off but I can tell you this was one of the most delicious and decadent dishes I have ever tasted. We mopped it up with the soft brioche. AmazIng. The red drum was pan seared and had crispy skIn served on a gorgeous orange purée which I was too mesmerized to ask and didn't remember what the menu description said since I was still woozy from the soft egg dish!! The dish was exquisite. It was Brava's version of a deconstructed bouillabaisse. I had the osso bucco which was tender and had a silky wine sauce poured over it tableside. It also came with a sheet of pesto which was a nice addition. I didn't care for the pesto stuffed romaine. The meat had a little too much salt. But I happen to like that. If you are salt sensitive, you may ask the waiter to go easy on the salt although that request usually does not yield good output from most kitchens. Dessert was a toffee creation that any description wouldn't do it justice. A beautiful plate and several flavors that combined for the perfect dish. Cappuccino was a perfect ending. Thank you to the staff for making this a 5 star experience and my compliments to the chef!

The food was prepared with much care and was presented beautifully. The service has greatly improved and our server was highly professional yet kind and caring towards my husband who has been ill. The restaurant is wonderful, but our server made Brava shine that night.

What a lovely experience! The food was spectacular and our waiter Ricky was so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Also, when I had a little spill on my shirt, another waitress (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) made herself available to bring a glass of soda water and a napkin. Now THAT is quality customer service.

The New Brava @ Adrienne Arsht Center, broke the mold from the history of the previous places in that same location. I will be back there next time in Miami. I had the Ricotta Agnoletti for the appetizer, tasty, balanced, nice appetizer, stimulating and not too much. Had me wanting more and ready for the entree. For dinner I had the Braised Lamb Shank Bourguignon, which was delicious, had a lot going on in terms of flavor and texture. The Lamb fell off the bone. The New "Brava" is definitely worth a stop if you are up for a fine dining experience. When you stop by to see the menu, stick your head in the door so you can smell the deliciousness in the air.
