Great little Cuban restaurant in the heart of government dostrict. Prices are as low as they can get, you can eat for two well below 20 dollars. Food is very tasty. Waitresses were amazing attending to our needs. Will definitely stop by again.

Friendly enough staff, decent food, in and out quickly. This place is convenient and clean for a quick bite with clients, a counter to review whatever your day looks like, and a walk-up window to grab and go. Nice place to network - you can hear all conversations at the same time!

I work at a construction site down the street. I come here every morning for breakfast. The food is wonderful and the staff nothing short of professional & delightful. If you’re in the downtown area, Diana’s is a must.

Very good food and service. And the price is not bad at all. Best place to eat if you are at the Dade County Courthouse.

Little hole in the wall coffee shop I found while wondering around; but the coffee was nice and strong. Given how low the prices were I was a little suspect at first; but their coffee was good, and the food was not bad to boot.

Service is pretty quick even though it is always busy. The food is good and it's probably the most affordable place to eat in downtown.
