El Tropico - Miami - Photo album

We may have found our new favorite! We were made to feel so welcome, & the food was AMAZING! My husband had the Palomilla steak with moros & yucca, & I had the grilled chicken & onions with moros & sweet plantains. Both were nothing short of AMAZING! Thank you for a great meal, we WILL be back w
Man the roasted pork (lechon) was so tender and flavorful I wanted to take some home, rice and black beans (moros) are seasoned and cooked just right. My wife always orders fried plantains (maduros) and loves them. So yeah I recommend this place.
We had a really nice experience and Great Food Huge servings…Very nice people… Thank You…
Restaurant was right next door to my hotel ,( Hampton Inn ) Waitress was great, we had a bit of a language barrier but we got through. I had the piccadillo with rice & plantains, awesome! Very convenient location. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town.
Excellent service, quickness and cordiality. I liked the cleanest of the restaurant. Everything in order. Affordable prices.
Cuban coffee is a sweet shot of espresso that will kickstart your day. Great service and really good authentic Cuban food.
Food was great and service was excellent. Atmosphere was very appealing. Would definitely eat here again!
Food was good but the steak with rice and beans that had anywhere alse I would pay about $25, here I paid $47, so I think is too expensive.
We come here once a year. And every time we get the best service and best breakfast. 👌.
Good food and service on a Monday even. We were the only ones in the place. The food and service was good.
Que rico! First Cubano sandwich, so there is nothing to compare with, but it was good and at a good cost. Even though it's a chain, it didnt feel like it.
The food was delicious, service was ok
This restaurant was across from our hotel, it's in a shopping center. The place is big we were surprised there weren't lots of people there but that's a good thing too !! The food was very good and plenty of it. With one glass of wine and one appetizer along with two main dishes plus tip $50.00 Not
I stayed at the nearby hotel and ordered takeaway from El Tropico the one evening. Service is super friendly and as amazing as the food. Highly recommended!
The food was great. They served us hot fresh bread too. Portions were huge. Server was great. We hope to go there again one day when we return to Miami.
What a find. Had a great breakfast. Folks are great. Gracias
