Honestly, I know this is a Fast Food place and all, but I just love their food and the New Tropical Trio that comes with Chicken, Mojo Pork, Churrasco Steak, Black Beans, White Rice & Sweet Plantains was fantastic and had a reasonably price too!
Also, I love their also fairly new Cuban Sandwich, it better then some actually Cuban restaurant Cuban Sandwich's I have had!
So yeah it's Fast Food, but it's quality fast food, and unique fast food, so I love it regardless!

This was my first time visiting pollo tropical. I wanted to try a few things so I ordered the 1/4 chicken with beans and rice, the Cuban sandwich, a side of cheesy yuca, and the key lime pie because they were out of the quatro leche. Everything was delicious except for the chicken. It was extremely dry and had very little meat on it. The Cuban was delicious as where the cheesy bites but I don’t think I’ll be ordering the chicken next time unless I can see it first to ensure it’s not dry and meatless.

Enjoyed my salad..I always order it with a side of onions and peppers. Only struggle is getting the workers to give it to me without getting me annoyed. I will pay for it if that's the issue!

I have pass by this pollo this afternoon. It was amazing the service, the manager take care of me very well, and the food was great. I also will recommend some of my friends and family about this pollo because it was clean and they well serve you. Congratulations keep it like that teams!

I was taking to go and I couldn't decide what I wanted so I knew I loved there yuca frita so I asked to speak to the manager to see if maybe they can make them fresh Linda the manager was super nice friendly attentive and respectful she also recommended me the tropichop which I loved I usually get chicken with rice and beans but in my tropichop I was able to get more then q topping .... clean bathrooms clean lobby nice people would highly recommend and Linda went above and beyond and did make my yuca frita fresh with my fav sauce cilantro ....

I ordered the same thing at over 30 pollo tropicals locations , every time the same thing and i allways ordered sauces. I never got in the bag any sauce from any location, I allways had to ask at pick up to add them even i put them in the order.
This is the only location that put everything i asked for and in big quantities.
And the food is better than any other location.

Update:
After this review all the pollo tropical locations stopped giving sauces and on their website allows just one sauce to be selected.
I m ordering less from pollo tropical since then.
