We showed up just before closing time on our way south to the Keys, but the staff was very welcoming. The grilled snapper with Latin American inspired sides was fabulous. Our waitress did not speak English, but quickly brought someone who did. It just added to the charm of the place.

On our way back home from a visit to the keys, my wife and I got hungry and wanted to get one last fresh seafood lunch so we searched for the nearest seafood restaurant. This is the location that appeared to be closest to our location at the time. it is a restaurant located in a strip mall and the directions on our GPS were not very precise so we almost missed it. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated quickly. Our drink orders were taken by one server, but another server came to take our meal orders. Although she didn't speak much English, I thought she did a great job of communicating. She managed to get our order correct and the food was prepared exactly as we requested. I think she felt uncomfortable trying to communicate with us and asked the other server to take over. Both the servers that helped us were wonderful and the food was excellent. It is a fresh seafood restaurant with a Cuban flair (rice & beans, plantains, white or saffron rice as sides). I would recommend this as a great, reasonably-priced seafood restaurant.
Food is every bit of what you expect it to be! Staff is always kind and attentive.
Great local place for seafood. Don't miss the driveway or you will take the long road back around to get there but so worth it. We had the oven cooked snapper with green plantains and sweet potatoes. It was plenty of food for both of us to share. The ladies were so nice and helpful with the menu. Ice cold beer in a frosty glass was the icing on the cake. We will be making this a "must stop" when we come back to town.
