12/10/23–We just got off the cruise ship , NCL Encore , and decided to stop by here before we get on the Regent 7 Seas Grandeour -the world lost luxurious ship —and I love the Cuban food . I don’t know if I’ll have time after we get off this ship to enjoy some Cuban dishes.
This restaurant is close by the piers . It’s about 8:55 am we found easy parking on the street . Nice Cuban music playing . Menu has a lot of option. Food was great but even better was the coffee. Then to top it all, a group of fighter fire showed up . , heh!!!✅❤️

Cuban food virgin here and this place has set my expectations quite high. Everything was delicious, especially the picadillo and mixed appetizers. Classic mojito was generous with the booze.

Great Cuban food in the Brickell area, I did pickup and everything was packaged well. Pan con bistec was on point! The salsa that came with the croquettes was interesting.. it grew on me.

I come here often as I work nearby. The service is always great. Antonio has taken care of me multiple times and always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. I’ve had other servers as well that gave me great service. The manager is always present and very attentive. Drinks here are delicious!!!! Best espresso martini, the Cuban coffee really does it 10/10 but can’t go wrong with any other cocktails. One of the best happy hours in the area. The food is also always on point, I’ve tried multiple dishes here and have never been disappointed.

If you are in Brickell, this restaurant has good food, convenient location, attentive service and nice atmosphere. The day that we had lunch here, they had a live music in the outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is clear that the owner spends money to keep it updated and provide a nice environment for the customers.

Food was good. Service not so much. Highly recommend to work on better customer service both waiters and managers. We had to sit for 10 mins before someone ask us if we want to order anything while 2 different managers were passing back and forward. My coffee took about 7 mins to arrive after the order, while milk shake was ready in 2 mins… $40 for all the food.

Decent food with weekday lunch options. 5 dollar chicken soup if you’re feeling under the weather is a steal. The sandwich options look delicious, will come back to try them.

Nice please to relax and have good Cuban food. Atmosphere is relaxed and casual, exactly what I was looking for after a long day. The Vaca Frits de Puerco was tender and perfectly cooked. The Plantanos Maduros was perfectly cooked and tender. Service was fast and efficient, taking my order quickly and allowing me solitude to eat and enjoy the meal.

I came here for dinner while visiting the area area with my fiance. We were excited to try out some Cuban food and also found the overall area to be pleasant to walk through. We walked to the restaurant from our hotel room and found it pretty easily. We also chose to sit outside and were greeted by the waitress very quickly. The menu had a good number of selections, but wasn't too big. We decided to go with the roasted pork and chicken with chimichurri. Both were very good. We had wanted to try the sampler platter and the side of yuca in garlic sauce but they were out of both unfortunately.
Overall a nice spot and I'd recommend a stop in!

Super on point. Great service, good food and coffee, and chill vibe. I had the grilled fish (you get to pick two sides - I chose maduros and grilled veg) and my husband had the chicken churrasco. We wrapped up our late lunch with some cafecitos. Chef’s kiss - heathy, yummy, and enjoyable.

The best watermelon juice. The cuban coffee was delightful. The staff was very helpful when explaining what cuban dishes were must try 1st time eating cuban food. 6 stars for the outdoor area. Beautiful

For my family and I, Latin Cafe 2000 is a must when in Miami, even if is only for a layover. The best Cuban food I have ever tried in my life, we have never been disappointed, on the contrary the food has been a great surprise every time. My favorite dishes so far are the Seafood rice (Sunday special) and vaca frita de cerdo, and the Maracuya juice, but everything else was superb as well

Always great food and great service but also very crowded, tables are very small and walkways are very narrow so you have waiters, other employees, deliveries etc on top of you while you try to enjoy your meal

Came to Miami for surgery tomorrow. We saw this restaurant and decided to try it. We were greeted by Rachael who waited on us. She knew we never have been here and helped us with the menu. The food is best Cuban food we ever had, RACHAEL made it such a great night I actually forgot why we were in Miami. We will be back and ask for Rachael!

Our connecting flight got cancelled on the last day of our honeymoon, so we had to spend the night in Miami. Luckily this cafe was walking distance from our hotel. Definitely some of the best Cuban food we've ever had! The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Try the ceviche, you won't be disappointed. �

Best black Beans and white rice I've ever tasted! The fried chicken and sweet plantains were awesome as well! Love the buttered bread they serve as you wait on your meal. I could eat that all day!
