Good breakfast but expensive. If you aren't getting a credit towards meals from staying at the Hilton, don't bother.

Had a really good lunch here while in town last month. I never expect too much from restaurants inside of hotels but the food here was great. Short staffed like everywhere but the bartender/food runner/waiter did an awesome job. Well done!

Got there by 3 pm the Bellstaff told me Brisa opens at 5 pm. No biggie. Got there around. 5 pm. Alex & Joselito helped me out. Informed me it’s a small menu due to COVID-19 (remember this Pandemic hits areas at a global scale, with production, etc) I ordered Miami Churasco and Chocolate Sundae. Good music in the lobby, songs I heard by Katy Perry & Alesso’s When I’m Gone and Cold Heart song by Dua Lipa & Elton John. This visit is a Promise fulfilled to my then ex German-American gf. Actually I set to have breakfast at Catch restaurant near by, but they were closed in the morning. So I went to Brisa bit before 8 a.m. Ricky (trainee) at the front desk was help to guide me there as was the folks on the first floor. Rosalia D & Rodrigo gave good service. The steak & scramble eggs with potatoes in good portions, definitely worth it. My then German-American ex gf recommended it, well glad I finally listen to her. Cue in AC/DC's Back in Black song...I'm let loose from noose 🎸🇺🇸
