Its very simple this is authentic Caribbean Region Food, ( yes Colombia has a Caribbean Coast), which distinguishes from inland , Pacific, Llanos , and Amazonian regions. Took a trip from Orlando to Miami and it was delicious, will definitely go back when I'm down there.
Stopped in while checking on my cake order at Eddy’s Bakery. And boy am I glad. The food was deliciously authentic . We had the rice with chicken, plaintains, red beans and a cornbread egg patty . All were 😋
