Pollo Tropical - Miami - Photo album

Service was great! This was my first time eating at this restaurant and the flavors from item on my plate exited my taste buds.... more, more, more....that's all I could think about after each bite. Simply delicious!!! This place stays packed with people. Good sign in my opinion
Pollo tropical is a Miami Dade staple. For fast food it is good it is healthier and more home-cooked compared to McDonald's. The girls behind the counter had cute personalities and gave satisfactory service. I have no complaints.
I've always loved Pollo Tropical! You just gotta make sure you get here at a good time. If you don't, expect to wait quite a long time as the lines can get pretty long here. I recommend them.
This is a fast food take out joint in my neighborhood which also allow customers to dine in, at reasonably low prices. Even though they have a wide variety of meals to choose from, I normally prefer their chicken with Yellow rice, Yuca, Plantains, Beans and Corn as Sides. The food comes out pretty q
Great food and services! A nice full plate for less then $10 which you cannot find that in many places around downtown. My only concern is how hot the place is in the late afternoon, I feel specially sorry for the workers who have to work under those conditions.
Quick and efficient, they have their routine down well for dealing with the lunch rush. Occasionally there is s break down in communication between staff but all in all, the food is freshly prepared and mostly prepared in a timely manner.
How can you go wrong with rice and beans? It's good for you! I like the chicken tropichop. I am sorry for who had to clean up my mess in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper, or at least i couldn't figure out how to move the new roll over.
Like many other places I have reviewed in Miami expect to wait. Must be like Miami is a tourist destination in Florida? Hmmm. All joking aside this is a great location. Super fresh food always great tasting and highly affordable.
Went on my lunch break, and was pleased to find a short line, fast service, and available tables. The bathrooms require a token, which is a bit of a hassle, but understandable for the area. All in all, it's one of the better Pollos in the area.
We came in at 1:45, when they had closed at 1 am. Julio took great care of us and made a fresh pie! Best pizza here.
Call me a weirdo but this has always been one of my favorite places in South Florida. There is not a single thing I've gotten here that I haven't liked. Best fast food in Miami.
Let me just say that the cashier, Shameka, is AMAZING. This woman kept the line moving while she was all by herself managing 2 registers. Kudos! Give her a raise STAT!
I eat here a couple times a week, I feel like it's a little bummy and there is ussually strange people outside because there is a bus stop there too... I usually don't eat in here because of this. There is usually a line but they are really quick. A pro tip would be going between 2 and 3pm.
The place was good. The only thing were the bathrooms. You have to pay in order to use them which is ridiculous! The food was cool. I would add a refill system for sodas..
