Food is great, but the atmosphere
Great locals spot. Only stopped in for drinks while visiting a friend in town. All the bartenders knew him and were kind to the new guy in town. Fun atmosphere boasting Miami pride and all kinds of local artifacts and knick knacks on the walls and ceilings. Nice covered outdoor area with TVs as well

It's a typical bar and diner. The menu offers good old American classics, nothing too fancy. I do hate that they do not take cards, so you need to pay $2 to take money from their ATM. The aesthetics are pretty good - very biker/local vibes. Again, nothing out of this world.

Duffy's Tavern has been a Miami staple since the mid 50's when Marty Duffy was the proprietor. It has that home town bar feel, similar to what was portrayed in the TV show Cheers. Many a picture hangs on the wall of all the patrons over the many decades that have enjoy the place.

It's one of the few old fashion no frills fancy bars with lots fishing photos, photos of celebrities, the movers and shakers of Miami and just ordinary folks that managed to take a picture all over the globe with their Duffy's wear and banners.
