Pdq Chicken

Manager Cindy was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and had amazing customer service . Made my order quick and easy and took her time will I ordered . Definitely love the food , this PDQ location is authentic and as clean as they come . Really love grabbing a quick bite and this is my go to .

I don't normally post reviews, but definitely felt like they deserved one. Today we placed a large lunch work order 22 combos to be exact. My coworker and I went to pick up the orders and already had in mind that we would have to check all the bags to ensure everything was correct, when we walked in, pretty much all the associates there walked over to the pick up counter and let us know that they verified everything, one of the associates said she wrote on all the bags of what they contain and another associate helped us take the bags out to the car. When we got to work, yes I can verify everything was correct, she wrote on all the bags and the food was great, but good service makes it even better, thank you!

This PDQ is always consistent in serving fresh and tasty tenders. Staff is always helpful. Discovered PDQ about a year and a half ago and it has become one of my favorite fast food chains. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and everything is so good. The only hit or miss is their Mac and Cheese, which sometimes can be watery (and I like a good chunky and thicc Mac and Cheese). But their broccoli is delicious, and their waffle fries beat Chick-Fil-A’s. they are crunchier and seasoned better. And the variety of sauces PDQ offers is second to none. Probably one of the sauciest places and that’s awesome.

Food was great. The tenders were awesome with the variety of sauces, and you can’t go wrong with waffles fries. The milkshake was also delicious. I’d heard about PDQ and was meaning to check it out whenever I came down to Miami. I was not disappointed. The service is quick and the food is fresh. Plus, the art outside is a nice touch.
