I had the pleasure of visiting La Vasca Delhi and was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of this Spanish gem in the heart of Delhi. What truly sets this place apart is its excellent value for money. The attached store is a haven for lovers of Spanish gastronomy, boasting a wide variety of products that transport you straight to the streets of Spain. The menu, primarily composed of cold and hot tapas, goes beyond the conventional with a selection of delicious off-menu dishes. Among the delights I tried, the Russian salad stood out for its freshness and authentic flavor. The chorizo was a feast for the palate, and the Lamb Shank simply melted in the mouth, showcasing the culinary mastery of the chef. What truly amazed me was the generosity of the portions; each dish was a satisfying experience. Additionally, the convenience of parking right in front of the restaurant made my visit hassle-free. That hole in a wall that you see while driving but you think you should never stop there, this is this place. A hide dimond in a small shopping place. Food is tasty at decent price, staff is great and owner always there willing to help. The wine selection is awesome. Place is really small, 8 or 9 tables max but everything is good here. I saw a small store too with Spanish products but I didn't check products or prices. Certainly we will come back.
