Ciro's Italian Restaurant

A group of friends decided to meet and eat here. We were treated so poorly by the staff that our friends decided to pay for their wine bottle cash and leave. I have never experienced such poor hospitality service. It was so ridiculous that I'll be telling this story to friends for years. Even the other people eating around us couldn't believe how rude they were. Definitely will not spending my money here ever.

Small, old mom and pop pizza parlor ( that’s the only good thing). Aside from that, waiter was extremely rude. We were ignored for over 20 min as we sat and no one came to even ask for drinks. Asked bus boy is someone could come take our order, when waiter came, the facial expression of being annoyed was very obvious. Never been treated so poorly in a restaurant in my life. Food took forever and was decent. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Patrick is the best. We wouldn't go back. If Joe or the owners daughter in law. Would be the only servers. We would never go back. She is so rude,uncivilized. No manners! I don't know why Joe or that girl are even working in the restaurant. Family is not always the best for a business. If it wasn't for the food and Patrick. On one would be eating there. We also have heard comments by new customers. That they are not welcomed. And they prefer there regulars. Services,Food Especially getting new customers are important in keeping your business open.

We moved to the Falls area last year and had mostly ignored this small Italian restaurant located right next to Publix in the Briar Bay Shopping center. We finally ordered some take-out and have been hooked ever since. This is a hidden gem and a family owned Italian Restaurant, opened in 1984. On most nights you have to reserve table, weekdays included. The pizza is in my Top 3 for Miami and is a true NY style. The pastas are delicious and abundant. Try the Eggplant Parmesan and Gnocchi. Great garlic bread and reasonable wine too. Prices are moderate and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
