Chef/owner Michael Beltran will not I repeat WILL NOT disappoint you at all. Besides the excellent food and it’s presentation, the staff can’t be more friendly and professional. The atmosphere is friendly, the servers know what they’re talking about it. Not the phony comments like “excellent choice” that you hear at many other restaurants. My son sold me on this place since he visits often, and I’m already hooked. The Saturday and Sunday brunch is unique and if you choose the bottomless mimosas, which I recommend, you don’t even have to look for the server to refill. I can’t even recommend any favorite food because everything is unique and as for the dessert personally I enjoy very much the brownie with vanilla ice cream and kahlua. A real experience.

By far one of the best dining experiences I have had. Our group tried almost all of dishes and each and every one has complex flavor profiles that are executed to perfection. The owner/executive chef Michael Beltran along with his dream team really have it dailed in. The use of local farm fresh products shines thru in each dish. Just when you think the food couldn't get any better, you try the desert and heaven hits your mouth once more! I highly recommend a visit... but make sure you make a reservation because this hot spot stays busy!!

Although there did not seem as if you had many options because of the 3 pathways (fixe x 2 or full course) you were provided on the menu, you were able to pick a myriad of choices within each pathway and even order additional items. Food was delicious and appropriate for a 1 star. Very rich tasting food. Had the duck as the main dish and felt as if it were cooked just a bit longer (to medium), this experience would have been absolutely perfect. The smoked oysters were absolutely to die for and the venison tartar was excellent. Definitely coming back for the full course menu.

First Michelin star restaurant I have been to and what and experience. Atmosphere was clam and inviting just from the outside entrance. The range of music playing over the speakers was something for everybody. Extensive wine collection for hard-core wine enthusiasts and a nice collection for the less than average wine conasure like myself. The food clearly has the head chefs Cuban American heritage with his French learned cooking style. Words can't describe the taste of the food. You just have to do it for yourself. I forgot to get pictures of the deserts because they looked so tasty we just dug in 😄. But they were all full of exquisite tastes. Really enjoyed my dinner at Ariete.

Oh Ariete! I have been here at least 3-4 times and I am overdue for a review. Each and every time I’ve been to Ariete I was delighted, it’s like they try to out-do the last time! I have never had a bad dish on the menu, but I’m one for trying new things and have a large palate. So if you are adventurous and always wanting to try new flavors, textures, and bites—go Wild when you order. Always order an espresso martini to finish off! The photos are of my most recent visit and again—wow. Ariete raises the bar! Honestly, it’s that good, money well spent, and I will continue to come back again and again. Oh I forgot add the atmosphere is a 10, staff a 10+, and the music is at the right volume. It’s a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, celebration, or just going for good food! Please enjoy!

The food was great. The highlight was the truffle chicken which was flavorful. And the King Crab, which was fantastic with the Yuca. We also tried the venison, which was ok. For dessert we had the cogas which was DELICIOUS. Overall food was par for what is expected for a michelin star restaurant. The service was below par for a michelin star. Waiters were not friendly, would not be on too of our table, and not really too engaged in the experience. Michelin star waiters are exceptional. The atmosphere was ok. A bit loud.

Awesome playlist! The food was great and authentic (vintage tea set and plates a really nice touch), was impressed by the duck and the foie gras , the carrot butter and shredded cabbage underneath the leaf was really inventive. Portion size was great, and use of the custom cigar box worked really well. Wish our table was at the window instead of the middle next to another couple though, next time will request when choosing the tasting menu.

This was definitely one of the best food experiences I ever had. It was a celebration and we decided to go with a 4 course menu for $125 per person. Initially we thought it would not be enough food but at the end of the meal we were completely full. We tried many different dishes since everyone on the table was ordering something different. My favorites were the FOIE GRAS with sour orange temptation caramel, plantain pave and cocoa nibs; and the PASTRAMI STYLE SHORT RIB with red pepper-beef jus, gem and fennel caesar, oyster & short rib croquette. Those dishes were mid blowing and the techniques were executed to perfection. As a dessert, THE CIGAR with manjari shell, hazelnut praline, gianduia mousse and espresso ice cream was very interesting with a presentation that impressed by the cigar box. It's not a cheap experience, but you should try.

Went with the Versos Clásicos and enjoyed every dish and wine. Somm Freya significantly enhanced the experience with her vast knowledge and sweet personality. It’s always nice when your Somm is down to earth. The Sake was an interesting choice and pleasant surprise - I will be asking for Sake a lot more now.

Get to Ariete ASAP. My aunt and I went for a casual catch up dinner and it was so wonderful. From the food to the service to the ambiance- loved it. We sat by the kitchen, which was ideal because everywhere else in the restaurant is a little dark. But even with low light, everything was beautiful!
