Definitely one of the best healthy places in Downtown Miami with a great selection of Mediterranean bowls, pitas and salads! The falafel and beef and lamb meat-bowls are must try. Staff is super friendly and efficient. If you are in a rush and want to eat healthy for less than $10 then try this place!

Loved the fresh variety and new flavors added to the traditional Mediterranean cuisine! There were many different flavor dips and hummus, sauces and their meat was fresh and flavorful. If you are looking for a quick but fresh and flavorful meal that will keep you full, go here! The portions were generous, too. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was clean. It was a great experience for the full family.

Good ambiance and quick service. As a quick lunch this is not too bad. I had the bowl with chicken, falaphels, red pepper and carrot hummus, arugula, pickled onions and pepperocini. The flavors are alright the falaphels were not good. The best parts to me were the onions and red pepper hummus.

If you are looking for a quick but healthy meal in the Mediterranean category, this is a great spot. Great flavor for being fast food. The staff isn't the friendliest but the food definitely makes you overlook that. Would be 5 star if staff was warmer in their customer service approach. Even just not looking like they hate their job would have been fine. :)

Great spot for healthy food fast! Lunch style walk-up counter with a good variety of options and excellent Mediterranean flavors. Bonus points for being open in the evening and on weekends, since most places downtown close early afternoon and are not even open on weekends, making it a great alternative to whole foods hot table. Portion size, price, and quality are on point!

The first time i ordered a bowl from this place it was a decent portion size, the food was easy to order, and super yummy! The 2nd time i ordered the portion size was HUGE(gotta love leftovers), added even more things for my bowl and also a side of Pita bread. This place is the Best & Very Affordable !!

Katoya who works here helped me choose a great combination of meats, vegetables, rice, etc. She was awesome. Delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Lots of options. Convenient downtown location. Younger crowd. Open Late Night. Tasty braised beef & meatballs. Great sauce selection.

I work close by and eat here fairly often, and this place is consistently good. I go for the pita wraps, with either the beef/lamb balls or the chicken and a lot of delicious spreads and toppings. The turmeric dressing is spicy and tasty. Very busy at lunch but the staff move people through the line quickly. All good here.

Best Falafel salad I have ever had. Great food, great service. Line moves fast when you are ordering food in lunch time. Great staff and very neat/clean place to eat food. It has much more class and quality than other food chains. I really recommend to try falafel here with spicy hummus and turmeric oil with some onions and falafel with corn, you will love it.

Tasty food and gluten free options. Sort of like a Chipotle but different. They serve Mediterranean inspired bowls and wraps, fun salads and feature some truly unique toppings as well as beverages. Beverages include funky teas and sodas. Reasonable prices. Ample seating. Handicap accessible. Gluten free options (menu is clearly marked) and staff appears to understand attending to guests with food allergies. Well worth the trip to check out.
