Fingalicking

After a long day of traveling we just wanted something good to eat and this was the first place that came up on Grub Hub with something we'd all eat. I usually wouldn't even consider a restaurant with a less than 4 rating, but I'm SO glad we did!! Our delivery came way faster than we thought it would, so that was good. As for the food, I had grilled chicken breast with candied yams and mac & cheese; everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious! The yams were not canned mush that you get at some places, the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked and the mac & cheese was so creamy! I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone traveling in Miami.

Omg! The snapper is out of this world! They definitely got it right when it comes to frying fish! The grits were bland, and needed some salt pepper, and cheese. The green beans were a little too salty for my liking but the flavor was good. The yams, I didn't like them at all. They were not sweet or tender enough... The atmosphere was cool, a little on the dark side but cozy.

Great establishment! Food was really good and seasoned!! I had the Fried Lobster Tail, Mac and Cheese, and Collards while my boyfriend enjoyed the Chicken and Red Velvet Waffles. Everything was good! Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Was immediately greeted and seated once we arrived and the music and ambiance was cool. It was a vibe!

Did a Solo Birthday Trip to Miami and The Licking was Highly recommended! Great Customer Service, Clean Bathrooms! That Red Snapper cooked to perfection yummi crispy and flavorful , Veggie rice, yams and the Mystery lemonade was delicious lol I added a Lil razzle dazzle overall great experience will return

This meal was the highlight of our soul food epicurean excursion while in Miami and it did not disappoint! EVERY dish was beyond flavourful absolutely no complaints on the entire meal. Hats off to the kitchen crew/chefs, whatever you are doing keep doing it! Dining area is kind of small and does get crowded so be prepared to wait if it is. Definitely will be back whenever I am in the 305!
