The wifey loved this restaurant and after a YMCA Championship Basketball Game Win we came to celebrate. The restaurant has plenty of seating as well as a wide variety of food. All the food tasted fresh and delicious. The food didn't take long to come out (thankfully because we were starving). Our server was pleasant and always checking in with us. The lettuce wraps appetizer was a huge portion. The pork dumplings were delicious. The soup was tasty and warm. The crispy chicken was a good portion and tasted good. Overall we love this place. Good food and service and not a bad place for date night.

From the moment we stepped into P.F. Chang’s - The Falls, we were treated to an extraordinary dining experience. The host greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. We were seated promptly at a cozy table with a beautiful view.
The waitstaff truly went above and beyond. Our server, Danni, was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our water glasses were always full and our table was neat throughout the meal. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering recommendations tailored to our tastes and dietary preferences.
What set this experience apart was the genuine kindness and attention to detail from every staff member we interacted with. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal.
The manager even stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and shared some interesting insights about the restaurant's specialties and history.
The food was, of course, outstanding, but it was the exceptional customer service that made our evening truly memorable. This team understands the art of hospitality and made us feel not just like customers, but like honored guests. We can't wait to return!

Everything was so delicious. Try appetizers like chicken lettuce wraps. The beef Mongolian and pepper steak are just amazing.

Stopped by for lunch today and sat at the bar. Peach boba breeze tea was refreshing and delicious. Crispy green beans were delectable as always. Eggplant stir fry was surprisingly amazing and delicious! Great plant based option. My server / bartender was wonderful, his name was Ray.

Where do I begin, been to a few PF Chang’s but this has definitely been my favorite. Sat at the bar, and was greeted right away by miss Valentina. Very welcoming and super friendly. She Made sure to help me out with the menu and recommendations. Food came really quick, and was warm! Don’t get me started on the Tokyo mule she made. Super smooth with a lovely ginger taste. 10/10 would come again. Make sure to ask for Valentina! One of the better dinning experience I’ve had in a while.

I was absolutely starving when I showed up and was craving some good Chinese food. I was blown away by our waitress, Sabrina. Her personality and personableness is unmatched. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I asked Sabrina for her recommendation (which I ended up getting) and she was positively wonderful answering all my questions (and she recommended a dish that surpassed my expectations!). Needless to say my experience was fantastic. Heavily recommend the Mongolian Beef/Chicken! Thank you Sabrina! (The photo has the dinner honey chicken and the lunch mongolian chicken.)

Our family had an amazing time at P.F. Chang's in Miami. The Falls location is family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that caters to all tastes. The kids loved the Crispy Honey Chicken, and My parents savored the Chang's Spicy Chicken. It's a place where everyone leaves with a smile, and we definitely did!

Me and 3 of my friends went to PFChangs for dinner yesterday we were seated outside which was ok it was a little cold but ok. Our server was fast to take our order and the drinks arrived within 8 mins. The drinks were horrible , tasted a lot like if they were watered down ,my flatware was completely dirty . We asked the server to bring a clean set and he said he will Bring it but never did .
Then the appetizers came at the same time as the main dishes and the food was ok .We finished and asked for coffee since it was cold outside , the coffee came with no sugar or teaspoons we have to ask for both things and it took the server 6 more minutes to come back with the teaspoons but he forgot the sugar , we didn't ask for it again , our coffee was cold by then. We won't be going back to that location .regardless of that we tipped the waiter

Appetizer ribs weren't fresh & small. Fried rice was good but not your typical real chinese fried rice. Chicken teriyaki sushi roll was excellent & Margarita's were very good, but pricey ($11 small glass). Would visit again, if I were invited, but wouldn't make special trip.
