I recently had the pleasure of dining at this exquisite Italian restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! The food was incredibly delicious, each dish bursting with authentic flavors that truly transported me to Italy. Moreover, the service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and prompt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to savor their delectable offerings again!

The service was fantastic. Cute little outdoor patio area (covered). The food was delicious. I had the truffle risotto and it was 🔥🔥🔥. The deserts left a little to be desired. Had the cheesecake, panacota, and the chocolate. The panacota was soupy, and the cheesecake was too fluffy and lacked that cheesecake consistency. Overall, a great experience.

Miami’s best kept Italian fusion secret! This place is a hidden pearl in a sea filled with so many duds … it’s a pearl gem of a place ! I had the pleasure of visiting and experiencing this beautiful little beautiful restaurant this evening and I was incredibly amazed by the authenticity. This hidden place was incredible the vibe and the atmosphere is so romantic. I would take anyone on a first second or hundredth date to this spot. It is very beautiful the lighting decor and everything screams unique and romantic. The mini lights on every table is so cute and the seating outside which is where most of the guest seat is breathtaking with the fresh breeze…Superbe. Service : A1! We had amazing service from Marco. He was super attentive to everything we did! If we had half our glass filled,he would direct the waitress to come refill our glasses. They sat us down very quickly let us pick which table we wanted. It’s a beautiful place and we enjoyed our time spent coming here on a romantic dinner date The food: was absolutely extraordinarily perfect just wished there was more on the plate. We had a nice red wine paired with Lamb my favourite was the : roasted cauliflower. It was so delicious. I decided without hesitation to order a second order. I loved the spinach gazpacho and feta mousse with the roasted Cauli. It paired beautifully together. It was cooked to perfection shoutout to the chef juste delicious wow Then we had the chineese eggplant. It was delicious also paired with some gazpacho spinach ricotta mousse unfortunately it was not enough we wished there was more we devoured the dish in 2 minutes. We shared the lamb chops dish extremely tender fall off the bone and very well seasoned with lots of flavour the cook was perfection again! We also had some duck prosciutto it was amazing but again portions were limited wish it was thicker cuts of the amazing prosciutto and the lamb chops were minute as well. But the cook is/was: Perfection ! Every single bite we took kept us wanting more and more it was irresistible. The plates were all cleaned up in minutes! For dessert, we had coffee to settle all what we devoured down .. maybe we will try the desserts on our next trip definitely count us in! we will be back here for sure ! 10000% recommend Cheers!

Loved the entire experience! Food was great and our server Maria was amazing! Loved the Italy like ambience. Really enjoyed the truffle pasta and the beef tartare. Definitely recommend as a less expensive amazing experience.

We didn’t know what to expect from this hidden gem. It had a charming patio which is where we sat. The service was superb. The food ingredients were unique. The inclusion of frozen raspberries was an incredibly unlikely addition that complemented the flavour profile beautifully. Also, any chef that can work fois gras into a pasta dish and make it work, deserves credit. All the dishes we had were unique, flavourful and well presented. The dessert was also special in its presentation and delicious. I highly recommend the dishes we had as photographed on this review.

The quality of the cuisine was incredible, creative and innovative. The warmly illuminated outdoor seating area delivered a romantic atmosphere. Aside from the prior mentioned, another highlight was the top-notch service rendered from our server Maria. Thank you to this establishment for creating a memorable dining experience!

There are very few restaurants in Miami that consistently provide good food at a fair price with good service - which is why my go-to list of dining establishments is quite limited in Miami compared to other cities. There’s always something missing at most Miami venues. However, Alloy Bistro checks all the boxes - after at least 5 visits over the past 2 years I’ve been impressed by their food, service, and value (especially for Miami, which has become insanely expensive) The ambience is surprisingly cute considering it’s not the best part of town, coupled with the somewhat unsettling maze of hallways you need to traverse to find it. I’ve always opted for the lush outdoor dining area, as the inside is quite small and narrow. Family owned and operated, you can tell the food is made with love and they genuinely care about your business. I will be back again - something I can’t say often in Miami.

One word: Amazing! This place is a hidden gem in downtown! The ambiance, the food, the quality and the service are worth more than five starts 🤩 everything was delicious! All the dishes were unique, I can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu!! If you are looking for amazing food, this should be next in your list!

One of the best hidden gems in Miami! Excellent food and a real Mediterranean hospitality. I am obsessed with the Mango carpaccio salad; really to die for. The black truffle risotto is amazing with just the right amount of truffle oil to flavor the dish and not overpower it. The king fish is royal. In summary, a genuine find, very romantic, excellent food and very welcoming. Please go dine at Alloy and you will not be disappointed!

WOW - Not easily impressed but this GEM is the most incredible place downtown miami has to offer - tucked away in a little alley, non pretentious and organically fabulous this restaurant made me feel I was lunching somewhere in the Mediterranean. The truffle risotto was exquisite, the rose impeccable the nice breeze and the warmth of the sun immaculate paired with the best instrumental music to sooth your experience along with non invasive great service with the perfect foreign accent to add to the atmosphere. Nonchalantly the best experience I've had in Miami in a long time. Thank you ! ... you guys are worth every dollar. Cheers to Claudio & Luna !

Amazing. I cannot recommend Alloy enough. First it is in a lovely alley full of restaurants, so if you are not from the area you may be wandering around looking for it - go through the alley! My party ordered the cauliflower, beet salad, ceviche, black raviolo, risotto truffle, ravioli ricotta, and the dorada. Every item on the menu was simply divine. the risotto and the black raviolo stand out as favorites, but seriously it was all amazing. I do not agree with other review about mediocre food and poor service ... the service was amazing and we were not rushed at all. Get to Alloy and enjoy the experience! When I am back in Miami I will definitely be going again.

I came to this place very excited and I could not be any more surprised, the location feels like a fairy tale. The service was excellent and the food, omg, the food was incredible. I had the 4 cheese ravioli with Italian prosciutto on top, the flavors were amazing, I kept insisting I have never tasted them before until they confessed (lol) that most of the ingredients were exported directly from Sicilia... Do I need to say more??? This is my new favorite Gem Restaurant!

Sublime may not be the proper adjective to describe Alloy. It's such a perfect blend between a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere and indescrivibile delicious food. It is so different then most places in Miami, It feels a bit bohemian/romantic with an artsy and chic crowd. The food is superlative. The dishes are presented like a design. I will definitely come back with great pleasure. The owners Food: the chef Federico it's an absolute master, a real fine dining chef! Front of the house: Luna and Claudio both great energy (and good looking �), both fantastic hosts that make you feel at home.

Hidden Gallery. Romantic spot. Superb food! Miami = Alloy. I just can't go to Miami without having dinner (or lunch) here. The menu changes all the time so you better listen to the "chef suggestions". Fish-of-the-day is always a fresh option and the octopus was smokin' amazing! They also have home-made pasta "Fatto in casa con amore" and the desserts are also extraordinary. We LOVE the energy on the place, the service, the setting and even the music! Oh my Dio' can't stop thinking about the octopus! I will be back soon! della Vita! � � ���

What I ordered was a simple tomato salad. What arrived instead was the culinary equivalent of Aphrodite, Beyoncé, and Kwan Yin bringing forth a miracle salad baby. Who's inspired enough to combine burnt eggplant purée with eye-poppingly flavorful olive oil in a tomato salad? THESE PEOPLE. Go, for crying out loud. This is best little hidden gem in downtown Miami.

Had dinner here about three weeks ago. I was lucky enough to experience Chef Federico's previous cuisine when we both lived in Tunis, Tunisia- what an incredible surprise to find that the chef behind my favorite restaurant there was opening one here! The food is fresh, sophisticated, and fairly priced with a beautiful, laid back Mediterranean ambiance. A true gem in Miami not to be missed! Perfect for a date night, friends in town, or simply a relaxing glass of wine in an intimate courtyard setting. Can't wait to go back!

Best gem in downtown Miami. Italian restaurant the food is just amazing I feel like I am in Italy best service and Luna is one of the best host .... if you want to be in a real Italian restaurant it has to be Alloy Bistro ... just Amazing!!!!

The space is beautiful, intimate and elegant. The food was so good we ended up having one of everything on the menu. Every dish was clearly "made with love" and it came through in the flavors. Will be going again really soon
