El Chalan Restaurant - Miami - Photo album

Visiting Miami and we found this place my chance. The food was overall pretty good. We LOVE Peruvian food. Ordered ceviche with only fish, causa with octopus, and seco ( beef in a cilantro sauce). Our favorite plate ordered was the seco. It's definitely a place to come back too.
They have the best ceviche I have ever had. Also I suggest you try the Chaufa Peruvian Fried Rice and the Quatro Leches desert.
This place keeps the quality of the dishes since day one el chalan was one of the very first Peruvian rest in dade county
We have been coming for years, always good quality food, flavor and environment; for family & friends.
Nice spot nestled between Miami's business staple Bird road... Local cuisine, home made Peruvian food. Excellent experience in a shopping mall loaded with different restaurants and shops... come hungry!
Best family style meals. I've honestly tried everything on the menu. Everything is always fresh, and the service is the best. No Peruvian food better then this one near tropical Park. South Beach location is fire too!
We enjoyed our visit, good Peruvian food, generous portions, friendly and efficient service, our first time, but we will certainly return.
Was in the area for work and came in for lunch. Very delicious. My friend and I both got Lomo Saltado, and we got papa a la huancaina as an appetizer. Great food and friendly staff. Delicious coffee too.
El Chalan it's a little Peruvian gem. Food and service. Our server was great and took care of us. Finally food was excellent. Only reason I Don't gave them 5 starts is because the extractors don't work as good and your clothes end up smeling like food.
I have been visiting this hidden gem for 25 years. The same waitstaff still there, bread upon arrival amazing, this place is hands down some of the best seafood ever made. The fried shrimp, the ceviche just fabulous. Don't be fooled by the location it's a secret haven of delightful delishiousness.
Great Peruvian food in Miami. Friendly host, clean. T b e serving is a lot, you can share most of their plates, the cost $ is not bad. I love Peruvian food and i was vacationing in Miami whe I visited.
The seafood saltado was delicious. I would recommend.
I've been coming to this establishment for many years the food is delicious and the service is great don't forget to try ceviche, pescado a lo macho, lomo saltiado...
