Stopped in for a Cuban Coffee. This place is great because it has its own parking lot. Easy on and off La June Rd. I will definitely come here for lunch and maybe even dinner while I'm in the area.

The food is superb, hot and served quickly. The Cafe welcomes all diners, unlike The Catch of The Day (please read my experience/ review, tonight at Catch of the Day). The show-stopper was the mango ice cream and maney ice cream (pic). Let's face it, everything is better after ice cream. The of the staff who did a particular great job tonight was Amy; hats off to Amy. I would go back there in a second, walking right passed The Catch of The Day, direct to The Latin Cafe.

Where’s the 6 star? This place is simply incredible. Cuban food at its finest. We tried the pan con bistec, chicken tacos, croquetas, mozzarella sticks, media noche and empanadas.
What really set this place apart was the impeccable service. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to savor authentic Cuban flavors in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Super close to MIA too. Definitely worth a stop when you’re in the 305.

I had my first Cuban sandwich here and it was delicious! Our waitress was kind, polite, and attentive. I thought the atmosphere was just ok. We didn’t sit outside but I will next time. The atmosphere out there looked very inviting. If you haven’t tried a Cuban sandwich, especially one from Latin Cafe 2000, you should definitely give it a try!

Wow! I’m not sure how I kept driving past this place for years. I was working overnight at Amazon and got off work this morning on the search for a great breakfast and Latin Cafe 2000 delivered! Once I stepped foot into the front doors I was immediately greeted by the hostess and offered to sit at the bar which I declined but they had a nice small table with a booth side chair. I ordered the Americano which comes with two eggs 🍳 I order them over medium and chose Bacon for my meat. It came with two pancakes, Cuban toast and Cuban coffee. I called before I came to make sure they had grits and they didn’t disappoint! The bacon cooked perfectly. The eggs cooked perfectly. The grits so creamy and seasoned nicely with the American cheese I asked for. Coffee was so fresh, hot and authentic. It was so good I had to tell the manager about it. This is the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Even if you miss the regular breakfast menu that stops at 11:30am they do offer a brunch menu all day. I am definitely going to have to stop back by to try the rest of the menu. I love places that have great food and superior service. Love it love it love it!

Excellent food with service to match. Wonderful Cuban vibe.
The staff were happy to make recommendations.
The flavorful sangria & ice cold draft beer were a refreshing start.
We had Filete de Pargo, one with creole sauce & the other lightly coated. Both were delicious, just a touch overcooked.
The salad was crisp & fresh.
The mashed potatoes was the star of the meal. A "secret ingredient" was the difference. Sorry, they wouldn't disclose what this was.
Dessert was churros & Cafe Cubano. A perfect end to a delightful meal.
So glad we found this restaurant & will return if we get back to Muami.

It’s hard to describe how good this restaurant is but i will try. Versailles in Miami claims to be the “most famous cuban restaurant in the world” but this Latin Cafe 2000 restaurant is right up there among the BEST Cuban restaurants in the word. Islas canarias is a close second but it was at the restaurant they closed about two years ago, they have others though and they’re also good. But this place is a gem. Today i had the Vaca Frita a shredded marinated flank steak that is so flavorful you just want to camp out at the restaurant and eat it 24 hours a day! Order it with the black beans and white rice, Check out the picture. Their secret is not messing with the original recipes that made Cuban Food famous. And you would miss out on something great if you didn’t come here to eat, really anything on the menu, because as I said, they are “The best in the world!!!” And im not kidding! You’ll hate yourself if you don’t get the Cuban Coffee and perfectly cooked flan (vanilla egg custard that’s like a firm crème brûlée) for dessert to finish your perfect meal!
