Thai Cafe

I've tried ordering food from this restaurant for over two years. It's dirty and dusty inside, and the "decor" is messy and disorganized. The credit card reader isn't "glued" to the table, so it moves when you try to insert your card. When I placed my order over the phone, I asked for spicy mayo to go with my sushi. I was then told that it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I arrived at the restaurant around 17 minutes later, and I was told that my food would be ready in another 10 minutes. When I explained what I was told over the phone, nothing was done. I went to pay, and then I noticed that they charged me a dollar for the spicy mayo container. I asked to speak to the manager, and it turns out that the same person who spoke with me on the phone is the manager. He said that their prices are on their menu. I said that I wasn't told that it would cost extra to get a sauce. He offered to refund the order and charge me again, so I declined to save time. I told him my concerns about his prices, decor, cleanliness, and lack of communication, and he said nothing. I won't be ordering from this restaurant until they clean up, get rid of their clutter, and communicate more honestly about their prices. They're overpriced and rude. P.S.: I called the manager and told him this, and he said "Ok, thank you". He doesn't care, and at this point, I don't care about his restaurant either. What a shame.

I went today to buy Chicken Pad Thai and as I was eating I felt something hard in my food. When I was trying to see what it was I hurt my mouth with a piece of metal. I used to like that place until now, it is NOT SANITARY and I don’t want to eat from there again since I won’t feel save or comfortable with their food. Please be more careful because I am an adult and I can only imagine what would have happened if it was a kid in my position. One less customer.
