Helpful and kind staff. They had a hard time making a soft serve but it was because she was new. Her supervisor was very helpful. Had a soft serve and the bear shake ever. Too large to finish in one sitting. Oreo shake

Not a good location... went for breakfast. They had no coffee.. I had to go across the street to buy some coffee at Starbucks for my breakfast. The location was extremely cold, ac was on way too high. We had to sit outside because it was too cold to eat inside. As my family & I sat outside to eat our breakfast. We were able to hear the drivethrew orders & this Burger King did NOT have certain drinks or meals. Not worth coming here, go to another Burger King.
Also men's bathroom was out of order.

Cashier and a other crew members were rude and careless regarding our complaints about the dining area being freezing cold. They do it so they don't have people sit it and clean after them.
The place is nice, it just needs workers with manners and raise dining temperature from low 60s to 70s.
Men's bathroom out of service, I just wouldn't recommend it.

As a burger enthusiast, I think this isn’t really that good, I mean the burger tastes ok but the environment isn’t very clean there. Also they seem pretty busy and the service isn’t really that good. Also I would like to add that this burger isn’t flame grilled at all, I got the meat as cold as the polar ice caps. Still I go there when I’m hungry doe

The good ratings are lies. This BK has famously terrible service ever since it opened and its only gotten worse. They are serving old stale food, are incredibly rude and will try to rob you of your drinks sauces and napkins to save themselves the extra movement. Whoever is in charge here has a bad case of you know what.

Just had an issue in the drive thru, was waiting over 15 minutes behind a car that was waiting on could never hear if he made his order or not, other cars behind me were honking the horns, then the driver infront of me pulls off, I come out on the mike and screen and it was not on so I kept driving, waited on the car in front of me and pulled up to window, they proceeded to give me an order and I said that was not me, I had not ordered, right there and then the worker blew up.on me screaming that now she had orders for the cars behind me and kept screaming as she walked away from me, closed the window and I stayed there on my own, next another girl came to the window I said never mind, give me your store number of which her reply was look it up and closed the window.
Never before have I had an experience like that and my employer would never except me treating a client that way, I would be looking for a new job

I always order ice cream and this was my leaat favorite location wow, my husband was given attitude and the food was cold and no salt on fries. Have it your way huh? I guess the employees think its about them. Not to mention a drive thru was closed, what is the point of that? No signs for out of order or anything..

Ugh. Got into town rather late without a car, and saw on Google maps that BK was open late. Walked almost a mile there and the lobby is closed, only drive through. There was a woman behind the counter who threw up her hands in a “sorry” gesture.
