Cashier and a other crew members were rude and careless regarding our complaints about the dining area being freezing cold. They do it so they don't have people sit it and clean after them.
The place is nice, it just needs workers with manners and raise dining temperature from low 60s to 70s.

Just had an issue in the drive thru, was waiting over 15 minutes behind a car that was waiting on could never hear if he made his order or not, other cars behind me were honking the horns, then the driver infront of me pulls off, I come out on the mike and screen and it was not on so I kept driving

Ugh. Got into town rather late without a car, and saw on Google maps that BK was open late. Walked almost a mile there and the lobby is closed, only drive through. There was a woman behind the counter who threw up her hands in a “sorry” gesture.
