I asked for a cup of water while picking up a door dash order. Was told I'm not allowed to have one in the drive thru. I get my order and ask for a cup ice. Was shut down and the drivethrough window was closed on me. Went inside to get a small cup of ice. Was going to be charged 2.15 for q cup of ice or a cup of water. Very poor customer service. The manager on the evening shift didn't care. Was on her phone at 8:30

At glance the cashiers are polite, but the cook is not doing its job, I went to this location after asking for a chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 and a couple of bites I noticed that the chicken was raw yes raw, I went back inside the restaurant they saw the raw chicken and they just issue a refund without even apologizing like them were doing a favor to me, is not the first time experiencing bad customer service issues in this location aside from the raw chicken, check your meals before leaving.

I just left this Burger King for the 3rd time in 2 weeks and they seem to have nothing that I order. They have been out of soda for over a week, then tonight they only have fruit punch and no ice. Other food items that I was trying to order they still don't have and it's been over a week. This is lack of poor management.

The employees are always friendly but the fact that you can use their mobile app to get the good deals at this location is why I give 4 stars. Everyone there and the food are great. Burger King needs to add this location back to their app

I asked for fresh fries and onion rings to my order, and they reheat them instead by dropping the already cooked and cold onion rings and fries BACK into the grease. I had to park and go inside of the restaurant to make sure they cook my sides fresh.
