Review Domino's Pizza - Miami Beach

Ordered today, pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes! Pick up process was seamless and quick! You definitely made a lot of improvements over the past few months since my last order! Great job!

Ordered 3 pizzas for a 1pm delivery on a weekday. By 1:15 I tried to call to see why it wasn't updating on the tracker. By 1:45, they have still not answered the phone. There is no other option to contact them and no communication from them. Don't order from them and dispute your charge if you did. I ordered from the domino's web site without seeing the reviews from this place. Their track record looks abysmal.

This is a review that is long overdue. While I was vacationing alongside my family in Florida, I made the mistake of ordering pizza from this establishment. Easy one of the worst decisions I've ever made. The pizza never came, the manager, Jose, promptly refused to issue a refund when I came in the store in person the next day, and to top it all when I tried to ask other staff members for assistance he told them not to speak to me (in Spanish no less). I should have listened to the reviews and not even bothered with this place. This establishment is in desperate need of an overhaul and should seek new management immediately, failing that it should be closed down. The level of unprofessionalism is simply unbelievable, to those of you who see this review I advise you to contact Domino's corporate office and inform them of the foul ongoings in this store. Hopefully they'll take action so individuals no longer fall victim to this pizzerias negligence.

Sunday is reserved for 🍕. I ordered carryout and I am giving this dude, not 5 but 10 stars because he made chicken pepperoni thin-crust pizza so delicious. It was so good.. Thanks 💫⭐️

Update: I spoke to Jose, the manager, this morning to let him know that his team needs better training. Jose was responsive and listened well. I'm updating this review because Jose understand the issue. He agreed to either refund or make me a new pizza at a time that is convenient for me. Jose seemed genuine in his interest to satisfy his customers if there is a legitimate reason regarding his Domino's services and products. For that, I am increasing the stars to 3. --- Initial post below. Does this look like spinach, feta, onion pizza? It went straight into the trash. When I picked it up, it was late and I waited curbside but no one came by, so I finally double parked along 14th and went in. They said it was just coming out, so I’m waiting, and I’m still waiting, when I asked why it was taking so long, they said they missed an item. I asked what and the woman said onions. I said that’s fine that I’ll take it without onions. My mistake is not opening it up before taking it because I was in a rush and now late. When I got home, it only had spinach. Just look at this sad pizza. It went straight into the trash. When I called the guy said I had to bring the pizza back and drive there 30 min round trip because it’s Sunday at 6pm to drive along Alton to South of Fifth. He also said because I took the pizza. If they had said they were missing both the feta and onions, I would not have taken the pizza. To make matters worse, when I got there there were 6 people standing around and only one person working on the pizza. The other six were standing around - one of them didn’t even have his mask over his face and was below his chin. Obviously, this team doesn’t have the right training. It’s not their fault but poor leadership and lack of ability to solve customer problems. I don’t live here, but I have to say, this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review for Domino’s that’s bad. Usually, like all chain restaurants, Domino’s works. Something is definitely wrong with this location. Find a different Domino location if you're getting Domino's. It's cheap and decent pizza, I agree, but there are more locations than this one.

The worst people on earth. I put in an order for 6 pizzas 24 hours in advance for super bowl sunday. No nothing but cancelled my order 2 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. No one ever answered the phone. Disaster awful place. No dominos ever again. Ruined our super bowl party

This particular Domino's is only a "2" minute drive from my apartment, yet the driver was TWO HOURS late with a dried out cold pizza and sandwich. The manager NEVER returned my calls, replaced my order, or gave me a refund. I even reported the store to their corporate office. I was told I would hear from the manager of my local Domino's, but no...nothing. It's the Domino's on 15th Street right before Alton Rd. "not" the one on Alton Rd. They are different stores. This one is on 15th street next to a bakery. It's across from where Suterra, FedEx, a cleaners, and Eco Vet Clinic strip plaza. The driver should have been fired for his incompetence as well as the "so-called" manager.

Twice I had a bad experience with these outlet, first time order came after 2.30 hrs late, they didn’t even answer calls and second time order came on time but they add mushrooms to my pizza where I didn’t even mention to add as I have a allergy to mushrooms, and when I complained about same they didn’t even refund me. Will not recommend to anyone.
