Each time I come to this store it’s amazing how one of your employees is so mean in her disposition. She never smiles or greet customers. I was this morning and watched how she interacted. A customer ask how she doing responded not good. No one has a bad day. If she does not like her job she should find something else. She sure does not appear to be happy. I usually do not mind waiting and will move over when needed. As she played my tickets instead of her asking if I can move over she told the other customer to come over so she could assist. If I had not moved both the other customer and I would be in the same spot. She appears to be ignorant of how she looks to others I am only in Miami another month but this is the worse 7 eleven I have seen. Management needs to be more visible in this store.

Very disrespect and disregard towards for those disabled. I am a disabled military veteran 13 years. Who recently suffered an aditional accident a displaced tibial plateau fracture. I was 3 months non weight baring. Just started partial weight baring. Instead of crutches which can be tiresome and wheelchair which is difficult to maneuver and get into tight places. I decided on a mini electric bike which allows me to get around faster and gives me more of a sense of freedom and second fold during my physical therapy and partial weight baring allows to excersize my knee. I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT BE IN STORE EVEN AFTER SAYING I WAD DISABLED. I then took out my phone in disbelief to film the employee repeat I can not be in store. Even after I said I was disabled. YOU ARE DOING A DISHONOR TO FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH HOW IT TREATS DISABLED BUT ALSO DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS. remember if it wasn't for those who served to protect your freedom. Where would you be. Military is not for everyone but show respect in all walks of life.

Love 711 great coffee. Any size $1 with app. The staff are really cool. They have helped me and my family out in so meny ways. They Been feeding the whole homeless community for as long as I can remember. Please don't steal from them. They do all the can to help people. God bless Lincoln 7-11. This place is very nice but the the Customer service is excellent but tonight I saw a customer going off tonight cause the women Cashier was letting people know that there is changing shifts and they only taking card or give them about 10 minutes and they will be taking cash and this woman did not like that and got upset and told them they need to put a sign up and the young lady told her they is not allowed to put signs up and woman got upset and she cuss that Cashier out and i have saw this Multiple times with people coming in there Cussing and fussing at the employees why don't this place have security they human to

The man in this story is lazy don't want to work everytime I go there one always trying to talk to woman tried to talk to my wife made her feel uncomfortable I will be calling Corporate but when it's time to work Complain the other man alway leaving the store or on his phone and be leaving whoever working with him by they self im take a video and show Management where they Employee is at when he Supposed to be working and when he do decide to help he rude i get off work at 2am the doors be locked or they say they Close Management need to do a better job tonight they were so rude

I been coming to this 7-eleven for 4 months now I like it and hate it yesterday was the worst the Customers is ruled in violent The manager is rude and violent they need security in that store why the Manager Fussing with some lady the other guy is being creepy as usual A customer Throw a slurpee in the Haitian woman faced and they didn't do nothing The customers there treat some of the employees there like trash But some of the employees do not go for that In some of employees treat the customers like trash Especially the woman in the morning And the manager always thinks someone's stealing

Great coffee. Only $1 with app. Staff are cool. Don't try and steal here. They got hawk eyes. Plus there cool and will feed you if your hungry. They have been real good to the homeless community ever since I can remember. Donating food to the church to be given out to those in need. Handing out leftovers at closing etc..the have been really knind to my family over the years in more ways then I can express. Thank you Lincoln 7-11. God bless the staff and the store.
